My responsibilities are:

1. Create PR (Purchase Requisition) for materials need to be bought for the company’s operations departments.

2. Create IRAF (Inventory Requisition Authorization Form). 3. Create PO (Purchase Order). 4. Create ISTO (International Stock Transfer Order). 5. Create STO (Stock Transfer Order). 6. Following shipment status from supplier until delivery to the com base / store ,

My responsibilities are:

1. I worked on program SOS Observation System special these code (New Observation for my department and the report for Observation of RIG HH007, Reports of all month)

2. I worked as HR with department (Drilling Fluids) to follow up with the all requisitions to employment local employee.

3. Coordinate interviews for new candidates. 4. I Created Non-Employee Accounts. 5. I worked as an administration for personal issue local: Time Sheet, Expenses and pay
