Magnoli & Partners is an emerging world-class Italian design consultancy, focused on “buildings and products of the future”.

We shape innovation, use cutting-edge technologies and create the next-generation built environment - with as a mission the delivery of sustainability.

Our all-scales performance-based work re-shapes the ultimate horizons in comfort and quality of life. Our constant commitment ensures to our clients the best possible life-cycle results, from master planning to construction detailing.

Magnoli & Partners has so far collaborated to the successful construction of more than 1 Million squared meters of A Class (Italian quantitative indicator of low energy consumption) including some GBC LEED Platinum in Europe, and is recognized by EU Government as one of the business leaders in Europe in the field of Energy Savings.

We design Zero Energy, Zero Emissions, Zero Waste buildings, according to the principles of Biomimicry: our design solutions are inspired by Nature.

Our Earth faces a continuous urbanisation. The today’s highly pollutant model of development is clearly unsustainable because it consumes excessive amounts of both energy and resources. As performance designers we are challenged by the unsustainable consequences of this inevitable and continuous growth. Dramatic improvements in system efficiency towards sustainability are possible.

Our mission is to contribute to the design, construction and management of exemplary sustainable eco-systems of “smart” cities, composed by sustainable buildings, produced by sustainable organisations in the service of sustainable communities.
