Shannon and Rachetté Pardue are no
strangers to success. They have been living
the LIMU lifestyle for nearly a decade, and
have no intentions of slowing down. And
they recently achieved what most in this
industry can only dream about—hitting the
prestigious 1M distributorship level, one of
the most dramatic achievements possible
and the first 1M rank ever at LIMU. This truly
is what dreams are made of.
LIMU not only recognized Shannon and
Rachetté at our most recent ULTIMATE
EXPERIENCE PARTY, but also surprised
them with a unique 1M award that can only
be experienced: an all-expenses paid trip to
New York City.
IT IS ONE OF THE MOST DRAMATIC ACHIEVEMENTS POSSIBLE–AND IT’S HAPPENED AT LIMU FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER.
Shannon and Rachetté were treated to a
true luxury vacation like no other in one
of the most iconic places in the world, a
city where determination and hard work
prevail. With its ever-changing diversity
of people, and the inspiration of big city
lights, New York has been a stepping-stone
for many successful business owners and
entrepreneurs. New York fosters creativity
and drive, nourishes passion and focus
while challenging your spirit to achieve
greater. Shannon and Rachetté embody
all of these admirable qualities, all while
remaining humble and true to themselves.
With $5,000 spending money in hand, the
couple enjoyed an exciting sendoff in the
heart of New Orleans, escorted down a red
carpet and into a sleek limousine outside as
their friends and peers cheered for them all
along the way.
A short trip to a private airport led the
two to their own private jet to begin their
dream New York City vacation. A city that
epitomizes success seemed just about right
for our company’s most successful husband
and wife. Talk to them about it now and
their eyes light up. They tell story after
story about how they never wanted the
vacation to stop.
“From the moment we stepped into the
car, it was just like a dream,” Rachetté says,
noting that they even had a butler
to unpack their bags and driver to take
“FROM THE MOMENT WE STEPPED INTO THE CAR, IT WAS JUST LIKE A DREAM.”

them wherever they wished, whenever
they wanted.
“And the plane ride, it was just like silk,”
Shannon adds. Outside of their two
pilots, he and his lovely wife were the
only passengers, trading the regular
airline peanuts and Cokes for an endless
array of grapes, strawberries and fine
artisan cheeses.
Once in the Big Apple, they stayed in a
fantastic two-story penthouse suite on the
top floor of the Plaza Hotel, where they
were able to greet each day with a birds-
eye view of Central Park, conveniently
located right across the street and a place
they walked every single day of their stay.
Over five days, they didn’t lift a finger.
They didn’t make a meal. They didn’t want
for anything. They fully enjoyed being
treated like the king and queen they are,
doing things most never do in a lifetime.
They enjoyed front row seats to a sold-out
performance of the Tony Award-winning
Broadway musical Once (“We could have
reached out and touched the actors, we
were so close!”), exquisite multi-course
dinners at some of the finest restaurants
in the nation (the historic Smith and
Wollensky steakhouse, and Mario Batali’s
Del Posto), massages and pampering at
the exquisite Caudalie Spa, sumptuous
breakfasts at The Palms and a thrilling
jazz performance by Generations in Jazz
at the Lincoln Center (“The perfect view
of Central Park during the concert was
stunning, almost unbelievable!”).
Let’s not leave out their romantic carriage
ride through Central Park (admittedly
their very favorite part of their trip), lots
of walking, sightseeing, shopping on Fifth
Avenue and, well, that list goes on and on.
Shannon says Rachetté would have stayed
longer, too, if she could have gotten away
with it. It speaks volumes about the kind
of luxurious vacation it was … one of those
special trips you never quite want to come
to an end.
They came, they saw, they conquered New
York City, all compliments of LIMU and
thanks to their unparalleled work ethic
and success. Chances are good they never
would have made this trip on their own
either, left to their own devices.
“We’d been to New York several times
before on business,” Shannon says, “but
we’d never actually taken the time to
really be there before. This was very, very
different. This was magical.”
Shannon and Rachetté were graciously
gifted this unique once-in-a-lifetime
vacation after setting a milestone by
becoming LIMU’s very first 1M Promoters.
Their hard work and dedication is
applauded by the company and serves as a
true testament to making the most of your
LIMU EXPERIENCE, every single day.
Dream big. Dream often. Your own 1M
experience awaits.
