Question: My fiance bought this showerhead for me, and it quit working after 3 1/2 months :( Is anyone else having this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

Answer: Ours never worked at all. We returned it.

Answer: No, Mine stopped after 2 Weeks VERY SAD SHOWER HEAD! Then it lit up one morning last week and stopped again going to remove it NOT HAPPY...two years I WISH! Product SUCKS! 

What Customers Say About It?

I bought this head on a whim due to a friend saying how cool it was. Installation was as easy as unscrewing my other showerhead and screwing this one on. It has a little rubber o-ring on the inside, however even with this there was some minor leaking around the pivot when the showerhead was on. Although slightly leaking on the side, the little bit of water wasn't enough to warrant worry (especially with the amount of water coming out in the first place).
