Magento Extension Installation Guide
1. Downloading extensions
After purchasing, you can directly login Magebuzz store by your registered email and go
to My Account in the top link. After that, open My Downloadable Products page.
Choose the version of the extension and download it.
2. Disable Compilation & Magento Cache
It’s required to disable cache in the administration panel of your Magento site. Go
to System > Tools > Compilation, then select all cache types and select Disable in
Actions drop down and click Submit button if you see that compilation is being enabled.
If you are enabling Compilation, please disable it before installing the module. Go to
System > Tools > Compilation and make sure Compiler Status is “Disabled”.

3. Extract the package and upload to your store
The package you download from Magebuzz is normally a zip file. You can use any
software like Winrar or Winzip to extract the package into a folder in your computer.
There are various folders in a zip file like app, js, skin or media, etc and these folders
may not be the same among different modules.
Now, use your favorite FTP client to upload or copy all folders in the zip package to your
server, then navigate to the root folder of the Magento installation.

After that, you can upload the extracted folders directly into the root of your Magento
installation. This process does not overwrite any files. It just adds new files that come
with the software to the folder structure.
If you are using Filezilla to upload modules, please change the transfer type to Binary
mode.
4. Check and make sure the module is installed correctly
After uploading files, log into your Magento backend. You now should see the extension
in your Magento top menu.
In some cases, some modules do not have top menu in the backend. Therefore, you have
to go to System Configuration Advanced to find out the extension.
If you see the extension in this tab that means it is installed properly.
Now if you get Access denied error when click on the extension, you need to
log out admin panel and log in again to flush Magento backend cache.
5. Enable Magento Cache & Magento Compilation
You are required to enable all caches in the administration panel so that your installation
can come into valid. Once again, Go to System > Cache Management, then select all
caches, select Enable and Submit.
