I First decided on the

best image from my

photo shoot

I decided to add an

adjustment layer to the

photo as I felt it made

the photo glow and

made the background

look better and nearly

as bright as his shirt

I added the main

masthead and used

the font that I had

specified in my

publication plan. I

chose the colour red

as I felt that it went

with the colour scheme

of my magazine

I then added a

barcode as a barcode

is a key convention of

all magazine from

covers

I then added the main

head line and sub

line, I decided to use

this aesthetic font as I

felt it just worked well

and went with the

colour of the front of

the magazine. I also

added and effect to the

font to highlight the

black surrounding line.

I then added more

headlines. I used the

shape tool to get a

chevron like arrow and

used the emboss

effect to enhance the

shapes
