Discovering the essence of Spain ‘We are a couple traveling to Spain for the first time. We will be arriving in Madrid in June and we are leaving 10 days later from Barcelona. We would like to visit the Alhambra and we are not sure if we would have time to visit Seville’

We meticulously planned a trip for this couple visiting Spain for their first time, without a defined scheme but with a clear goal.   We designed the route to cover all the locations they indicated an interest in. We organized transfers between cities, acquire the tickets to avoid big lines and hired English speaking guides. We looked for the ideal accommodation for their style and taste, and we suggested and booked restaurants in each destination.   Our clients enjoyed 10 unforgettable days in which they discovered Spain, its historic and contemporary side, the folklore, and as a result, they fell in love with a rich and varied country.

Training sessions of a multinational company in Barcelona ‘We need to organize an event for 50 people coming from different countries to attend our training sessions. We require accommodation, transportation, meeting rooms, meals and activities to encourage the integration and communication among participantes. If possible, we would appreciate activities which allow to learn about the Spanish culture and to enjoy the city’.

We chose a hotel with the perfect facilities for the conference, ensuring a high quality of food and beverage services for the meals. We were very careful regarding the hotel location so that the attendees could move around the city easily at the end of the day, once the conference had finished. Transportation was organized in top vehicles, optimizing the number of transfers accoring to the number of people and their arrival time. Regarding dinnes, all restaurants proposed has a menu set in advance, and at a walking distance from the hotel. The activities prepared allowed the attendees to get a flavour of the city in an original way at the same time that promoted the integration among participants. Those activites consisted on a tour on Segway along the most representative streets of Barcelona, cooking classes to elaborate ‘Spanish tapas’, a panoramic itinerary in the city and, to wrap up the journeys, a gala dinner on a private area of an elegant hotel in Barcelona, whose restaurant is run by a chef awarded with Michelin stars. All services (transportation, tour guides, activities, etc.) were attended by specialized people who were bilingüal in English.

Vineyards, cellars and friends

’We would like to make a trip with friends. We are three couples. We want to make a three-day excursion not far from Madrid. We would like to visit a wine-producing area and enjoy fine food. A relaxed plan to delight in group’

We prepared an itinerary in the La Rioja region for this group of friends.   We provided a quality vehicle for them to all travel comfortably together, in a vehicle spacious enough for them and their luggage. They enjoyed the fantastic landscapes of the region: vineyards, quaint villages, the impressive river Ebro. The couples visited all kind of cellars -modern and classic- where they enjoyed wine tasting. Likewise, they experienced different types of local gastronomy, from the typical Tapas of La Rioja Alavesa to Michelin-starred restaurants.   For their accommodations, we organized lodging at a hotel in the Alto Valle del Oja area, a region surrounded by World-heritage designated monuments and full of traditional and trendy culinary spaces.

Three generations in the Mediterranean sea 'Our family of three different generations will take a cruise from Barcelona. We will be in the city a few days earlier but we will be arriving on different flights. We would need you to organize the transportation, accommodations adapted to each family and a city tour. We will also need assistance at different stops of the cruise along the Mediterranean coast. '

In requests for big families, there is an added challenge: satisfying the diverse tastes of 3 different generations!

First, we started with something basic: we found accommodations suitable for families but also with children, strategically located for visiting the city and for connecting easily with the port.

All transfers were arranged in quality vehicles always considering the number of people for the different services. 

For the full-day tour in Barcelona, they enjoyed the city with a knowledgeable guide, assuring a complete and pleasant route for all ages. And to make the most of their time, we organized a visit to Montserrat’s Sanctuary, a stop at a well-known cava cellar, and even a break at the beach for them to relax.

As for the food, we chose and reserved different restaurants in distinctive places agreeable to all members of the family where they could enjoy local gastronomy. You know the demanding taste of kids!

Furthermore, we organized their cruise stops at different cities throughout the Mediterranean: first class transportation, guides and selected restaurants. As a result, the family enjoyed and made the best use of their time in different cities along the Mediterranean coast.

Derby at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium 

‘'We are going to be two days in Madrid to watch a soccer game at the Santiago Bernabéu. We don’t have the tickets, though! It is a big game, Madrid-Barça, and we don’t want to go back without enjoying it. Can you help us? Sorry for the short notice…’

So we started working on this request! We managed to find two consecutive seats with the perfect view to watch the game. We accommodated them at a boutique hotel from a walking distance to the stadium. And to top off the day, we organized a gastronomic route with the best tapas restaurants so they could continue the celebration.   To sum it up, our clients went home with memories of a full and impressive experience.

End-of-year trip in Europe

‘We are a group of school friends in our senior year and want to take a trip together to Europe before college. We would like to go to Paris and then see all we can in Spain, but we only have 12 days. We would also love to have some time at the beach!’

We designed a tour specifically for this young group. The itinerary included Paris and Versailles, and some of the most representative cities of Spain. We took into consideration their tight time frame and avoided long journeys between cities. Time is precious so why waste it in a bus? All selected locations were full of life, and historic and cultural destinations at the same time.   The accommodations were all in 4-star hotels and in the city centers. Transportation between cities were organized by airplane or by high class buses. We organized each city tour with the best local guide appropriate for this group of young travelers and even organize the whole itinerary so that they could take in the festivities at the beach on “the night of San Juan” which is a traditional feast in coastal cities in Spain full of animation and bonfires.   At the same time, their visit was filled with exciting activities that most tourist never experience. Each place must be visited and remembered at heart: we arranged Paris sightseeing by bike, a stroll around Barcelona on a Segway, flamenco lessons in Seville, and a time to relax in a Hamman in Cordoba.
