*EARLY FARMERS

* Irrigation ways to move water onto land, they depended on the rain to water their crops.

* Plows to move around the old dirt.

* Sickles are used for helping with the farming.

* Storing water so water wouldn’t flood the land.

* Slash and burn fire was a type of farming to clear out forests.

*Domestication trained animals so they wouldn’t eat the crops or them.

*MESPOTAMIA

*They started to melt bronze, silver, gold.

* Irrigation helped moving water onto land. The people depended on rain to water the land.

*Mud brick buildings were easy to make because all they needed was mud and brick.

*Measurements were a help to Mesopotamia because that was a system that could help with building.

*Building houses and farms were a help because they would change the land and allow early people to live in the houses and the farms helped because they could get crops and animals from that.

*Ziggurats were a help because they grew as the wealth and power in the city grew, kings and priests houses were built around a wall of a ziggurat.

* Pyramids were a help because they would store the dead bodies, stone and jewels.

*Mummification because the process would allow the spirits can come back into the bodies.

* The Nile river was helpful because it would help the early humans with transportation. Also for ways to trade to other villages around them.
