Pat brings a wealth of real world knowledge to the recruiting of professionals, having worked for such companies as Mercedes-Benz of North America, Inc., Nissan Motor Corporation and Chrysler Systems Leasing. Pat has over 20 years of management and human resources experience, holding positions ranging from Manager to Vice President. Pat founded Management Recruiters of Madison, Inc. on September 11, 1995.

Her passion and unrelenting desire to succeed have resulted in Excellence Awards from MRI Corporate for 9 consecutive years and her office has been one of the five finalists for the MRI “Best of Class” Customer Service Award, every year since the award’s inception.
