A criminal act expressed at Georgia 16-5-40. Kidnapping

1. On 12/6/2012 at around noontime Susan Barr ( hereinafter Susan) kidnapped (child'sname redacted) from his parents and grandparent.

2. Susan took (child's name redacted) from his parents while at the Doctors Hospital inAugusta, Georgia.

3. At no time did (child's name redacted)'s parents consent to the taking of their child.

4. At no time before, during, or after the kidnapping did Susan provide a lawful warrant,probable cause, or exigent circumstance to justify the seizing of (child's nameredacted).

5. While in the custody of his captors, (child's name redacted) sustained an injury to hisleft wrist.

6. Given that (child's name redacted) was injured while in the custody of his captorsSusan has committed an aggravated kidnapping.

7. Susan refused to disclose to (child's name redacted)'s parents where she was taking(child's name redacted).

8. Susan was assisted by armed individuals, another social worker by the name ofKaran Albritton, several Doctors Hospital medical staff, and Doctors Hospital securitypersonnel.

9. Susan crossed over several County lines while absconding with (child's nameredacted).
