Our main product lines for the wood processing industries are:
• Veneer slicer knives and rotary peeling knives
• Nose bars and pressure bars
• Veneer clipper knives
• Chipper and counter knives
• Flaker knives, wear shoes and wear and tear parts
All of the above require precision manufacturing and accurate
heat treatment. We are one of only a few industrial knife makers
in the world to meet the tolerances as requested by the highest
standards.
Our group’s extensive research and development combines
decades of industrial knife making know-how with the latest
manufacturing and heat treating techniques available today.
Extreme atness, parallelism and edge holding ability provide
hours of continuous veneer cutting to closely controlled thickness
requirements. Additionally, we precision polish the knife surfaces
and cutting edges for the majority of knife designs.
IKS Klingelnberg high alloy steel slicing and peeling knives are
available in lengths up to 6000 mm.
IKS Klingelnberg Knives are produced according to DIN EN
ISO 9001:2000 Standards.
