L’etichettatrice è concepita per applicare etichette autoadesive su flaconi di forma cilindrica.

L’etichettatrice è dotata di moto proprio, per cui può lavorare in maniera indipendente oppure inserita in unalinea di produzione.

La produzione massima della macchina è di 400 Pz/min

I flaconi lavorabili hanno le seguenti dimensioni estreme

Pulsante di STOP.Ferma la macchina in fase, lasciandola sotto tensione.

Pulsante di START.Avvia la macchina,iniziando il ciclo di lavoro con i valori preimpostati sul terminale operatore.

Pulsante di RESET.Elimina il segnale di allarme dal display e ripristina le sicurezze.Deve essere premuto prima del pulsante di Start, per poter ravviare la macchina.

Selettore a chiave ON/OFF.Permette di escludere il circuito di sicurezza ed eseguire alcune funzioni a coperture aperte,come ad esempio l’uscita manuale delle etichette.Dove previsto, permette di accedere alla programmazione da terminale operatore, permodificare i parametri di lavoro.(Con la chiave su “1” la macchina si ferma immediatamente)

RESET

STOP pushbutton.Stops the machine in phase, leaving the power connected.

START pushbuttonStarts the machine,beginning the operating cycle with the values set on the operator terminal.

RESET pushbuttonClears alarm indications from the display and resets the safety devices.It must be pressed before the Start pushbutton, to restart the machine.

ON/OFF key switch.To exclude the safety circuit and carry out certain functions with the guards open: e.g. themanual outfeed of the labels.Where present, it allows access to the programming from the operator terminal, to modifythe work parameters.(With the key on “1” the machine stops immediately)

Allarme sonoro (quando presente).Suona per alcuni secondi alla partenza della macchina o in caso di preallarme.

Jack manuale (quando presente).Inserendovi l’apposito comando, permette di far procedere la macchina tramiteimpulsi manuali (modalità JOG).

La funzione del Gruppo Sbobinatore è di acco-gliere la bobina portaetichette e di trasferire ilnastro con le etichette alla testa etichettatrice inmodo regolare e costante.Questo gruppo è motorizzato separatamente.

Per montare la nuova bobina (o sostituire quella esaurita), premere il blocco a molla E5 e, tenendolo premu-to, sfilare il disco di contenimento E2.

Il disco E1 è fisso e rimane al suo posto. A questo punto è possibile inserire la bobina 3 nel supporto E4,facendo attenzione a rispettare il senso di percorso carta, come descritto nella pagina apposita.Rimettere a posto il disco E2, fino ad operare una leggera pressione sulla bobina.

NB. non occorre che la bobina sia libera, perché il supporto E4 è montato su cuscinetti e gira liberamente.Per facilitare l’operazione di montaggio, il portabobina è dotato di maniglia ed estraibile verso l’esterno.

To fit the new reel (or to substitute an empty one), press the sprung block E5 and, holding it down, removethe retaining disk E2.

The disk E1 is fixed and remains in its position. At this point you can insert the reel 3 in the support E4, takingcare to observe the direction of paper feed, as indicated in the relevant page.Return the disk E2, so that it presses lightly on the reel.

NB. the reel does not have to be free, as the support E4 is mounted on bearings and turns freely.To facilitate assembly the reel support is fitted with a handle and it can be removed outwards.

Far passare il nastro portaetichette come nel disegno.La testa, solitamente, ha un gruppo di rinvio che orienta l’etichetta nel modo voluto.

Per far passare l’etichetta, il gruppo di trascinamento èapribile ruotando il pomello che alza il rullo pressore.Ricordarsi poi di riabbassarlo.

Le etichette possono essere esterne o interne al rullo.Se necessario, rovesciare semplicemente la bobina.Il funzionamento del gruppo sbobinatore non cambia,qualsiasi sia il lato dell’etichetta, rispetto al nastro di sup-porto.

Feed the label web as shown in the drawing.The head, normally, has an idle unit which angles thelabel in the desired fashion.

The feed unit can be opened, to let the label pass, by rotatingthe knob which raises the pressure roller.Remember to lower it afterwards.

The labels can be either external or internal in respect of the roller. If necessary, simply turn the reel over.The unwinder unit operation does not change, whichever side of the support web the label is on.

Il nastro portaetichette 2 esce dal gruppo di trascinamento 6 e si presenta davanti alla fotocellula 11, che nelegge la presenza ad una distanza programmata (circa 10 cm).Questa lettura fa partire il motore che, tramite il movimento del rullo di trascinamento 6, porta avanti unaporzione di nastro portaetichette.Questo trascinamento è temporizzato ed è regolabile da terminale operatore.L’ansa, via via che la testa etichettatrice recupera il nastro, tende ad accorciarsi, finché la fotocellula 11 nonlegge di nuovo la presenza del nastro, ricominciando il ciclo.La fotocellula 12, presente solo su richiesta, funziona sul principio del proiettore-ricevitore. Quando il diametrodella bobina è ridotto al minimo, la fotocellula vede il ricevitore e genera un allarme.La fotocellula 10 legge costantemente la presenza del nastro. In caso di mancata lettura (nastro finito) ferma lamacchina.

The label web 2 exits the feed unit 6 and arrives in fromt of the photocell 11, that detects its presence at a presetdistance (around 10 cm).This reading starts the motor that, with the movement of the feed roller 6, brings a section of label web forward.This feeding is timed and can be adjusted from the operator terminal.The loop, as the labelling head recovers the web, tends to get shorter, until the photocell 11 reads the webpresence once again, restarting the cycle.The photocell 12, present only if requested, operates with the projector-receiver principle. When the reeldiameter is reduced to the minimum, the photocell sees the receiver and generates an alarm.The photocell 10 constantly reads the presence of the web. If there is a failed reading (web ended) it stops themachine.

Il nastro portaetichette viene trainato sulla testa dal rullo di trascinamento C. Questo gruppo è apribile e chiudibileruotando la manopola C1. Un sensore di sicurezza controlla che il rullo sia serrato.Il gruppo di recupero F è ugualmente dotato di movimento proprio, ma solo in funzione della raccolta dellapellicola priva di etichetta. Per evitare anomalie nel movimento, è dotato di una frizione, che rende il recuperoregolare anche con l’aumento del diametro della bobina recuperata.Per evitare anse durante il movimento, il tensionatore L frena leggermente, con l’ausilio di molle, il nastroportaetichette, mentenendolo al giusto grado di tensione.

ATTENZIONE - Il gruppo di trascinamento può, teoricamente, essere pericoloso per le mani dell’operatore.Per questa ragione le coperture di protezione impediscono l’accesso da ogni lato.Se proprio fosse necessario intervenire escludendo le protezioni, è importante che a farlo sia solo personaleabilitato, prestando la massima attenzione.

The label web is fed to the head of the feed roller C. This unit can be opened and closed by rotating the knob C1.A safety sensor controls that the roller is tightened.The recovery unit F is equally fitted with its own movement, but only in order to collect the web without label. Toavoid anomalies in the movement, it is fitted with a clutch, that regulates the recovery even when the diameter ofthe recovered reel increases.To avoid loops during the movement, the tensioning device L brakes the label web slightly, with the help ofsprings, maintaining it correctly tensioned.

WARNING - The feed unti can, theoretically, be dangerous for the operator’s hands. This is why the protectioncovers prevent access from every side.Any intervention necessary when the protections are excluded must be carried out by qualified personnel andwith the utmost attention.

Il gruppo di rinvio 4 accoglie l’etichetta proveniente dal gruppo sbobinatore e la indirizza correttamente sullatesta etichettatrice, qualunque sia il lato di provenienza.

L’etichettatura avviene tramite il distacco dell’etichetta dalla piastra sbucciatrice 10, provocato dalla trazione delnastro sull’angolo netto della piastra stessa.A riposo, l’etichetta presenta un lembo di sporgenza (15) dalla piastra sbucciatrice 10.Al passaggio del prodotto lungo il nastro di trasporto 13, una fotocellula (14) ne rileva la presenza e dà il segnaledi partenza etichetta alla scheda elettronica di comando del motore passo-passo, che muove il rullo di trascinamento.Il fotosensore 9 invia il comando di stop al motore, al rilevamento dell’interspazio tra un’etichetta e la successiva.L’etichetta autoadesiva, una volta distaccata dal suo supporto e spinta in avanti, aderisce al flacone. Qui un rulloavvolgitore (16), muovendosi a velocità maggiore (circa il doppio) del nastro di trasporto, consente all’etichettadi avvolgersi completamente intorno al flacone, assicurandone la perfetta aderenza.In caso di etichette mancanti sul supporto, il sistema elettronico di controllo è in grado di memorizzare la lunghez-za dell’etichetta, permettendo al motore di trascinamento di riposizionarsi in fase.

Labelling takes place when the label is detached from the peeling plate 10, due to the web being pulled at thesharp angle over said plate.In the home position, the label has one end projecting (15) from the peeling plate 10.As the product passes along the conveyor belt 13, a photocell (14) detects its presence and issues the label startsignal to the electronic card controlling the stepping motor, which moves the feed roller.The photosensor 9 sends the motor stop command when it detects the gap between one label and the next.Once detached from its backing web and pushed forward, the self-adhesive label sticks to the bottle. Then anapplicator roller (16), moving at a greater speed (approx. twice as fast) than the conveyor belt, wraps the labelcompletely around the bottle, guaranteeing perfect adhesion.The electronic check system remembers the length of the label, so that if labels are missing on the backing webthe feed motor can reposition in phase.

L’altezza di lavoro della piastra sbucciatrice, quindi, si ottiene alzandoe abbassando l’intera testa, tramite la manopola di regolazione.Il valore dell’altezza è visibile sul numeratore, per poterlo memorizzare come valore di formato.La distanza e l’angolazione della piastra sbucciatrice vengono regolate dal costruttore in fase di collaudo.

Nel caso di più formati diversi, verranno forniti a parte i valori specifici, indicati nelle tabelle del cambio diformato.

The labelling head is a single unit. Therefore, the peeling plate operating height is set by raising and lowering theentire head using the adjusting knob.The height value is shown on the read-out, so that it can be saved as a size value.The manufacturer sets the peeling plate distance and angle during testing.

If two or more different sizes can be processed, the specific values will be supplied separately, shown in sizechange-over tables.

La posizione della fotocellula partenza etichetta va registrata in pratica, secondo il formato che si etichetta.L’altezza H, cioè la distanza della fotocellula 14 rispetto al flacone, deve consentire un’agevole lettura.Il valore consigliato per questa distanza è sui 2-3 mm

Il gruppo di regolazione è fatto in modo da consentire movimenti in ogni direzione. Adjust the position of the label start photocell according to the size being processed. The height H, that is to say,the distance between the photocell 14 and the bottle, must allow an easy reading.The recommended value for this distance is 2 - 3 mm.

The adjusting unit is made to allow movements in all directions. The height adjustment is made by moving thephotocell 14 fibre or the entire adjusting unit, loosening the knob 17.Once the photocell is centred on the bottle, use the knob 18 for the greatest possible precision.

For correct labelling, the photocell must be centred on the product precisely when the product makes contactwith the applicator 16, so that the label exit from the peeling plate corresponds to the start of it being wrappedaround the bottle.

Il lettore di codice 22 e la fotocellula controllo presenza stampa 23 vengono posizionati dal costruttore, in fase dicollaudo. Può essere necessario riposizionarli, quando cambia il formato lavorato.Il fotosensore 24 ha posizione fissa. Cambiando formato, è necessario ripetere la procedura di acquisizione dellalunghezza etichetta, premendo il tasto relativo sul pannello operatore (vedi manuale dell’operatore).E’ conveniente memorizzare questi parametri di lavoro, per poter ripristinare facilmente un formato già lavorato.I valori sono leggibili sulla scala numerata che sostiene i dispositivi di controllo.

Unire le estremità con nastro adesivo sul lato opposto alle etichette.Il nastro adesivo deve coprire tutta la larghezza, senza sporgerne.

Tagliare la coda dei due nastria metà dell’ interspazio fra leetichette.

Per sostituire una bobina in esaurimento con una nuova, o per il cambio di formato, anziché rifare tutto ilpassaggio a mano si possono unire le estremità.

In questo modo non è necessario passare nuovamente la carta fra i rulli, ma basta far avanzare il nastro con ilpulsante “Etichetta manuale”, fino a portare la giunzione al ribobinatore.

Allentare le manopole 1 e spostare le guide in modo da lasciare un leggero gioco (circa 1-2 mm) fra ilpassaggio e il diametro del flacone.Il gruppo avvolgitore dovrà invece risultare leggermente pressato sul flacone.Ricordarsi di bloccare le manopole, una volta trovata la posizione giusta.In caso di formato già lavorato, consultare la tabella con i valori di regolazione.In caso di formato nuovo, memorizzare il valore per un futuro, veloce ripristino.

To adjust the guides, place several items to be labelled on the conveyor belt.

In caso di cambio di formato, o per semplice manutenzione, può essere necessario estrarre la coclea.Allentare il dado D e sfilare la vecchia coclea, sostituendola con la nuova.

La manopola E regola la posizione della coclea in verticale, la manopola F la regola in orizzontale.

Non alzare troppo o c’è il rischio che un prodotto piccolo, cadendo, riesca a passare distesso sotto la coclea,senza attivare l’allarme di flacone caduto.* L’altezza giusta “H” della coclea rispetto al nastro di trasporto non dovrebbe superare i 2-3 mm.

For a size change-over, or simply for maintenance, you may need to remove the scew feeder.Loosen the nut D and take out the old screw feeder, substituting it with the new one.

The knob E adjusts the vertical position of the screw feeder, whilst the knob F is for horizontal adjustment.

Do not lift the screw feeder too much or there is the risk that a small product which falls over may pass lyingdown under the screw feeder, without activating the fallen bottle alarm.*The correct height “H” for the screw feeder above the conveyor belt must not exceed 2 - 3 mm.

Un righello millimetrato permette di memorizzare la posizione relativa a ciascun formato, facilitando il ripristinodella posizione in caso di spostamento accidentale o voluto.Per nuovi formati, una volta trovata la migliore posizione di lettura, memorizzare sempre il nuovo valore “A”.

Per posizionare la fotocellula di fase scarto allentare la vite "C" e regolare l'altezza "H" fino a ottenere ladistanza idonea ad una agevole lettura (+/- 3 mm).

Il centraggio orizzontale o l’aggiustamento longitudinale "L" si ottengono allentando le manopoline di bloccaggioe spostando la fibra lungo le asole.Ricordarsi di bloccare le manopole, una volta trovata la posizione corretta.

Fare in modo che, quando la fotocellula inizia la lettura, il pistone si trovi approssimativamente nel centro delflacone.

R 2La macchina dispone di un gruppo pneumatico posto sulla fiancata, facilmente accessibile.Questo gruppo necessita di minimo 6 Bar di alimentazione.Il regolatore di pressione viene poi impostato per una pressione minore, che può variare a seconda del formatodell’astuccio lavorato, della presenza di un tipo o l’altro di stampa, o altri parametri.Il valore impostato si aggira comunque sempre intorno ai 4 Bar.

Il pressostato, tramite il trimmer, viene regolato perché la macchina si fermi per “Allarme Mancanza Aria” quandola pressione indicata sul manometro è di circa 3 Bar.Tutti questi valori sono impostati dal costruttore in fase di collaudo macchina.

The machine is fitted with a pneumatic unit, located onthe side of the machine for easy access.This unit requires a minimum of 6 Bar supply.The pressure regulator is then set for a lower pressure, that can vary according to the carton size being produced,the presence of one type or another of printing or to other parameters.The value set is always around 4 Bar.

Date le particolarità della Macchina , non si rendono necessarie eccessive manutenzioni, che comunque sonodescritte nel manuale a parte.La norma principale è di mantenere l’ Etichettatrice sempre pulita.La pulizia deve essere effettuata, anche parzialmente, ad ogni periodo di sosta..

METODO DI PULIZIA

Occorre distinguere la pulizia a seconda che venga eseguita su parti metalliche e non metalliche.Non utilizzare attrezzi aggessivi quali spazzole d’acciaio, pagliette, spatole o raschietti di metallo.Utilizzare aspirapolveri industriali per aspirare sia dai locali che dalla Macchina ogni traccia di eventuali corpiestranei.Usare sempre tessuti o carta puliti per la pulizia.Quando necessario , usare un pennello per accedere alle parti più difficili o nascoste.* Le parti metalliche non ferrose sono composte da leghe leggere anodizzate. Usare detersivi liquidi non corro-sivi.* Le parti metalliche ferrose sono in Acciaio Inox. Usare detersivi cremosi lucidanti, oltre che detergenti. Nonusare composti in polvere né abrasivi.* Le parti in Nylon, PVC, Polizene sono presenti un po’ dappertutto, sulla macchina. Usare solo acqua e saponineutri diluiti in bassa concentrazione.* Le parti in Lexan costituiscono i pannelli di protezione. Pulire come sopra, evitando assolutamente solventichimici, alcool, benzine.

Due to the Machine’s features,no excessive maintenance operations are required. Any maintenance operationsare described in a separate manual.

The guiding principle is to always keep the labeller clean.Cleaning must be carried out, even partially, every time the machine is stopped.

CLEANING METHOD

There are two types of cleaning operations for metal and non-metal parts.Do not use aggressive tools such as steel brushes, steel wool, spatulas or metal scrapers.Use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove any trace of foreign bodies from the premises and the machine.Always use clean cloths or paper for the cleaning operations.When necessary, use a brush to access the difficult to reach or hidden parts.* The non-ferrous metal parts consist of anodized light alloys. Use non-corrosive liquid detergents.* The ferrous metal parts are made of stainless steel. Use creamy polishing detergents, as well as detergents. Donot powder or abrasive compounds.* Parts in Nylon, PVC and Polyzene can be found throughout the machine. Use only water and neutral soapsdiluted in low concentrations.* The protection panels are made of Lexan. Clean as above and never use chemical solvents, alcohol or benzine.

PULIZIA GIORNALIERA: Controllare visivamente tutti i punti di contatto con l’etichetta, evidenziati nel di-segno in grigio, eliminando ogni traccia di polvere, colla, residui di etichetta.
