Morning: Guided tour of Pistoia Underground, don’t miss the

opportunity to walk under the city in a secret path built 2000 years

ago.

Afternoon – Time at leisure to discover the city or take time to

discover the city parks and meet turtles, ducks and goose.

Dinner: Sweet and savory tasting in a suggestive location, you will

taste Tuscan delicatessen such ham with home made schiacciata

(kind of bread), cheese with truffle honey or cantucci biscuits with

vin santo..

DAY 3

Day Visit Collodi and discover the realm of Pinocchio. The park

where famous artists tributed to Pinocchio with their work, Villa

Garzoni with its amazing Italian garden and the butterfly house, a

lush tropical garden with nearly a thousand butterflies from all over

the world. Dinner at leisure

DAY 4

Day at zoo of Pistoia. Hosting many endangered species and it has

been already successful in breeding rare and threatened species.

DAY 1

Afternoon – Independent arrival at the hotel/apartment.

Accommodation in Pistoia area* (see list of hotels/farm hotels/self-

DAY 2

Morning: Guided walking tour of Pistoia, discover the hidden jewel of

Tuscany. This amazing city will surprise the visitor with its charm, history

and art.

Afternoon: Visit the astronomical observatory in Gavinana (Appennin

Mountains). Discover the very modern technologies that make this

observatory one of the most important in the world for the discovery

of small planets and asteroids. During the visit you will attend a short

astronomy lesson and have the chance to explore the starred sky

(activity after sunset). Transfer back to city centre. Dinner at leisure

DAY 3

Morning: visit the museum of shelter SMI in Campotizzoro. In the heart

of Tuscan Appennin, ties its history to the SMI (Italian Metallurgic

society) industrial plant. The factory was build in 1911 to product

bullets. The museum documents this production since then. You will

also enter the underground city, full of memories and emotions. At

the end of the visit, you will play a simulated war with a soft air gun in

a second world war scenery.

Afternoon: We suggest a walk in the countryside or return to Pistoia to

enjoy the city. Dinner at leisure

DAY 4

Morning: Visit the home town of Leonardo da Vinci. Sourronded by

centuries-old olive trees of the Montalbano Valley, in a landscape

almost untouched by time, the House in Anchiano where Leonardo

was born and symbolizes the intimate ties that he had with his home

town and land. The Leonardo’s museum occupied two buildings and

hosts one of the most extensive and original collection of Leonardo’s

work as engineer, architect, science and Renaissance man.

Light lunch with wine tasting at a winery and farm in Vinci

Afternoon: Return to Pistoia and time at leisure. Dinner at leisure

DAY 2

Morning - Guided walking tour of Pistoia, discover the hidden jewel

of Tuscany. This amazing city will surprise the visitor with its charm,

history and art. The walking tour will pass through the city centre and

its amazing narrow paved streets, medieval palaces and churches.

Afternoon - Art laboratory. Kids have the opportunity to find out

different activities and express their own creativity by modelling

clay, painting and much more. In small classes outdoor or indoor

lesson… Parents can share with their children the amazing

laboratory or have time to discover the city (other activities on

request). Dinner at leisure

DAY 3

Eco-Itinerary at the Appennin mountains. Discover the ancient

traditions of this area, how people lived and worked. Learn how to

build a traditional toy with simple natural or recycled material. Visit a

farm and participate to the everyday life of a farmer looking after

the land, animals and making cheese and other goods.

Return to Pistoia. Dinner at leisure

DAY 4

Morning - Visit the Marino Marini museum. “We can find three main

themes in the art of Marino Marini: his Pomona figures, his horses and

riders and his portraits. By themes we mean recurring subjects; in

fact this Pistoia born artist never changed his subject matter

because, as he himself said, "it doesn't matter what it represents but

how it is represented". After having visited this amazing museum kids

will participate to an art laboratory to learn the most important

techniques Marino used for his incredible masterpieces. Children will

be allowed to bring home their hand-craft as a very unique

souvenir.

Morning - Guided walking tour of Pistoia, discover the hidden jewel

of Tuscany. This amazing city will surprise the visitor with its charm,

history and art.

Afternoon - Bike tour from city centre to the Medici’s fortress and

through the secondary city roads to Villon Puccini, the beautiful city

park where hundreds of turtles, birds and ducks live their lifes. Stop

for a tipical “merenda” (snack on the grass).

Return to city centre. Dinner at leisure

DAY 3

Morning - Trekking up the hills, along rivers, fields of poppies,

chamomile and brooms, you will experiences all scents of the

Tuscan countryside. The easy walk (accessible to all experiences

and ages as long as they are used to walk), will bring you up one of

the most scenic hill of Pistoia overlooking the city and the valley.

Arrive to a majestic monastery build in the XV century that still

maintain its original splendor and charm. On the way stop for a nice

pic-nic of tipical products.

Afternoon - Return by walk to Pistoia. Dinner at leisure

DAY 1

Morning - Arrival at Rome airport, private transfer to your hotel

in Rome. Balance of the day at leisure depending your arrival

DAY 2

Morning - Breakfast at the hotel and meeting with with your

English speaking guide to discover the ancient city with

imposing Coliseum, the greatest arena in the ancient world.

Lunch in a typical Osteria.

Afternoon - 1 Hour Time Elevator experience, the extraordinary

time machine proposing you a multimedial and involving

journey through the historical and artistic rudiments that have

made great Rome. Balance of the day at your disposal for a

DAY 3

Morning - Breakfast at the hotel and self-transfer to Termini

Train Station. Travel by train to Florence. At your arrival you’ll

meet your driver and transfer to Pistoia. Check-in at the hotel

and time for lunch.

Afternoon - Transfer to the city centre. With your English

speaking guide you will visit one of the prittiest medieval

square of Europe with the Cathedral and the town hall.

Dinner in a typical Tuscan restaurant. Return Back to the hotel

by coach transfer. Overnight.

DAY 4

Morning - Transfer by coach to enjoy a brilliant and

pleasurable Typical Tuscan cooking lesson set in the

magnificent scenery of a historical countryside villa or

farmhouse, than eat all together the product of your work

drinking a wonderful wine.

Afternoon: Visit an ancient winery in Carmignano and wine

tasting. Departure to Vinci for a Leonardo da Vinci

Educational experience.

Return to the hotel. Dinner at leisure and overnight

DAY 5

Morning - Transfer to Pistoia train Station and travel by train to

Florence. Meeting with your private guide. Guided tour of the

city centre. This city was the home of Dante (father of the

Italian language), the city of the Medici (patrons of the arts

and literature) and today is a benchmark for the art lovers.

Lunch at leisure

Afternoon - Time to discover the city with your tour leader. You

may experience a shopping tour at the most importants

boutiques and fashion museums (Ferragamo, Gucci Museum)

or a Gastronomic Tour to savour the traditional foods and best

wines. Return back by train to Pistoia and transfer by coach to

the hotel. Dinner at leisure and overnight.

DAY 6

Morning: Transfer to the city centre for a visit of Pistoia

Underground, and archaeological activity discovering the

secrets hidden under this medieval city. Lunch at leisure.

DAY 7

Morning - Transfer by coach to Pistoia Train Station and

Departure by train to Pisa and Visit the city with your English

speaking guide. The splendid Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of

Miracles) encloses within its grass-covered perimeter major

and well-known structures like the Cathedral, the Baptistery

and the Camposanto or holy cemetery. But of course the most

visible structure, widely known throughout the world, is the

Leaning Tower, measuring over 50m (170 ft.) high and

weighing some 15,000 tons. It owes its fame and popularity to

its peculiar inclination the result of a constant shifting in the soil

since the start of its construction. Lunch at leisure and transfer

by train to Lucca.

Afternoon - Meeting with your English speaking guide for a

tour of Lucca, sheltering behind its brick ramparts planted with

trees, Lucca has managed to retain its medieval character

and remains largely unspoilt. The unusual tree-topped Guinigi

tower, and the delightful Piazza dell’Anfiteatro which follows

the layout of the original Roman amphitheatre, all make this

attractive city a delightful place to visit. You can choice to

make a Tour of the city all around the medieval walls by bike.

Return back by train to Pistoia and transfer by coach to the

hotel

DAY 8

Morning - Check-out and transfer by train to Venice that really

needs no introduction. The watery city, home to gondoliers in

stripy jerseys singing in front of the Bridge of Sighs, has been a

fabled holiday destination for centuries. Anyone who has visi-

ted Venice, has marveled at St Mark's Square and exploring

the city's maze of canals. You can see Venice from a different

perspective, and take part of its magical atmosphere. Private

boat transfer to the hotel and check-in.

leisure and overnight

DAY 09

Morning - Excursion on boat to Murano, the home of glass ma-

king. You can then disembark opposite the biggest glass ma-

king furnace in Murano, where expert masters have been ma-

king splendid objects for centuries using the procedures of arti-

stic glass blowing. fusing workshop. You will have the opportu-

nity to make a simple glass object that will make the most uni-

que souvenir of Venice. Transfer back to Venice. Lunch at Lei-

Morning – Arrival at Pisa/Florence airport. Meet our assistant and

private transfer to Pistoia. Accommodation in two apartments in

an historical building in the city centre of Pistoia.

Afternoon - Guided tour of Pistoia city, this charming and still

unknown medieval city will surprise you with its beautiful Duomo

square (which is one of the prettiest squares of Italy) and its well

preserved historical centre. Dinner at restaurant

DAY 2

Morning – Private transfer to Lucca. Guided tour of this amazing

city, this tour aims to show you not only the places of historical

and artistic interest (in Lucca there are plenty of them), but also,

and above all, it aims to let you discover the gourmet

specialities of this area

Afternoon – Transfer back to Pistoia area where a group of

highly skilled bakers from Pistoia will teach you the secrets of

cooking, kneading, rising and baking some products of the

Tuscany gastronomic tradition (bread, focaccia, pappa with

tomato, cakes, desserts and dry pastry). At the end of each

class you can taste the products you cooked during the lesson.

Morning – Private transfer to Florence. Meet your guide and

discover the city of Florence through its traditional food and

wine. Your tour will beginn with an Italian ritual, stop in a cafe to

sip a cappuccino and eat a delicious local pastry. Next enjoy

Learn the secrets of Italian and Tuscan traditional food, join in a

cooking class in a an old villa or a charming country restaurant.

Our chef will introduce you to the traditional regional recipes

such as hand made pasta with a seasonal sauce, a typical main

course with a side dish and a dessert. Once the meal has been

prepared, you’ll be able to enjoy this wonderful food sipping a

glass of wine.

where you can admire his inventions. Dinner at leisure

Morning - Time at leisure.

Afternoon - Enjoy a guided tour of Pistoia Underground, don’t miss the

opportunity to walk under the city. Gourmet dinner with sweet and

savory Italian and Tuscan Food.

DAY 7

Morning - Experience the canyoning. Slide down rocks, jump in clear

DAY 8

Morning - Check-out and self-drive transfer to Florence. Drop off the

car and independent transfer t the hotel in the city centre.

Don’t forget to collect your “Florence Card” valid for 72 hours and

provides you the admission only once to all museums of the Circuit

avoiding queues. You are also entitled to use public transports free of

charge.

Morning - Guided tour of Florence (joining a regular tour). A brief tour

throught the famous street of Florence and its monument. Lunch at

Afternoon - Time at leisure. We suggest buying some food in one of the

several “Pizzicagnoli” (typical florentine grocery)and visit the famous

Boboli Garden. A pic-nic in this wonderful garden is an unique

DAY 10

Morning - Self-guided-visit of Palazzo Vecchio, join one of the special

activities for children and discover the real life of the Medici’s family

(supplement for activitis 5€ per family).

Morning - Check-out and train tickets from Florence to Rome city

centre. Independent transfer to the hotel and check-in .
