• Manual applicators arrive at a work site with 1truck of cement bags, and 1 truck of bulk sand (free storage).• Raw materials are placed near the mixermachine (if possible) and mixed, then transported by a telehandler to the walls to be applied manually.

2. Mixing• Fill the machine hopper withDry-Mix Plaster (if using a fully automatic material conveying system this step is not necessary) • Connect the machine topower and water and adjust the water amount to ensure the correct mixing consistency. • Connect a 35 mm diameterconveying hose • Maximum three 25-35mm diameter hoses of 13.3 meter length may be used. • Prime the conveying hose asper instructions
3. Spraying• Spray material on wall start-ing from top to bottom then move to next area. Spray evenly and methodically in sections of about 2 meter high by 1 meter wide
4. Leveling/Cutting• Start leveling with leveling bar.Immediately level with feather-edge straightedge, fill all hollows and even out• Allow to set, time is dependingon material thickness, tempera-ture etc

5. Finishing• Finish with float, spongeor trowel to desired level of smoothness or decor • If used as a base for followingcoat by other material only level out and leave surface open to aid adherence of successive coat
6. Grooving• Maximum width of 20mmhorizontal and vertical grooves can be formed by cutting the plaster with job specific groov-ing tools. This groove can then be filled with approved sealants or left for decoration

MACHINE APPLICATIONExcellent mixing and tremendous adaptability for a wide variety of materials are the key properties offered by the German DUO-MIX machine used by AMA Dry-Mix.
Technical highlights of the DUO-MIX:• Dry material is simpy transferred from the dosing area to the
mixing area where the product is sprinkled into a pool of water and then mixed.
• Dry materials are blended even more effectively with water forthe additives to take full effect.
• DUO-MIX is able to spray upto 30 meters in length without acompressor and 60 meters with a compressor. Additionally, the machine is able to spray towers up to 60 floors with aditional compressors.
