The new master plan is focused on creating a vibrant canal side community of 2,000 new homes, a large proportion of which are being built by preferred developer partner, Barratt Homes.

Their latest scheme, Maple Quays, occupies a prime position in the Canada Water footprint, sitting just a 30 second walk from Canada Water Underground station.

The scheme is being built and released in phases, with the latest building, Fairmont House, due for launch at the end of July 2010.
