About this documentWholesale Scheme of Charges (Non-Households) - 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017 This document sets out our wholesale water and sewerage charges for 2016/17 and is a continuation of our Non-Household Scheme of Charges 2016/17 – available on our website stwater.co.uk/charges.

This document includes a number of tables which are the wholesale equivalent to section C in our main Non-Household Scheme of Charges. These charges are explained in corresponding part of section B in the main Scheme. For example, the wholesale unmetered charges tables set out in section C2 relates to unmetered charges explained in section B2 of the Non-Household Scheme.

We have also published Ofwat’s standard schedule for wholesale charges separately on our website - stwater.co.uk/networkaccess.

These charges are for water retailers only. Our business customers should refer to section C of our Non-Household Scheme of Charges 2016/17 - stwater.co.uk/charges.

Where non-households receive their bills from an alternative provider, they will add a retail charge to these prices.

Section D includes separate charges for Highway Drainage which Ofwat has asked us to publish separately on a pilot basis. There is no corresponding section in our main Non-Household Scheme.
