    requests, Rolls-Royce has developed the TotalCare Program to provide a comprehensive

    maintenance solution that delivers better value through competitive costs and customer

    service excellence.

    Customers may select a coverage plan that best ts their

    mission, location, and unique operational needs. Rolls-Royceprovides all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance or the

    engine assembly and accessories, ensures engine conguration

    is in compliance with Commercial Engine Bulletins (CEBs),

    and delivers ease o accessibility through the worldwide

    inrastructure o the FIRST network. Value is added to the

    customer by leveraging the capabilities and knowledge present

    within Rolls-Royce, utilizing technical risk mitigation techniques,

    and using analysis tools to collect and interpret data. With

    this proactive approach, Rolls-Royce is able to serve the eemanagement needs o your organization.

    With over 16,000 M250 engines currently in service and

    cumulative ight hours exceeding 200 million, the M250

    Focus on core business This all-encompassing program allows customers to ocus on their core business while

    leaving engine maintenance to Rolls-Royce. This simplies the maintenance support

    inrastructure required by the customer and permits a one-stop-shop or engine

    maintenance.

    fnancial planning

    With payment based on predictable ight hour usage, customers are in complete control

    o their maintenance costs. This allows or more accurate budgeting, better managed cash

    ow, and predictable expense.

    Risk transer Responsibility or high-cost, high-risk unscheduled maintenance events is transerred to

    Rolls-Royce. This reduces the exposure to the customer by alleviating the uncertainty o

    Under the TotalCare Program, customers no longer have

    to worry about coordinating engine maintenance events,

    managing repair estimates, and managing relationships with

    multiple vendors. Rolls-Royce handles these critical activities

    with a dedicated team ocused only on the TotalCare Program.

    Customers also benet rom direct interace with

    Rolls-Royce or technical assistance, maintenance orecasting,

    and priority service during times o need.

    Engines enrolled in the TotalCare Program will have an

    increased residual value as a result o maintenance perorme

    exclusively by the Rolls-Royce approved M250 FIRST network

    using genuine Rolls-Royce parts and repair processes.

    Furthermore, the TotalCare Program is transerable upon the

    sale o an aircrat, ofering an additional long-term incentive

    the enrolled customer.

    Proactive ApproachThe TotalCare Program is designed to reduce operational riskin two major ways. First, expensive scheduled overhauls and

    unexpected unscheduled repairs are covered by Rolls-Royce,

    while the customer incurs a predictable maintenance expense

    each month, virtually eliminating the risk o unoreseen

    nancial uctuations. Budgeting is thereore simplied by

    consistent, controlled monthly expenditure.

    Additionally, the customer can expect to have

    reduced operational disruption caused by downtime

    rom unexpected maintenance. The TotalCare Programs

    maintenance philosophy o maximizing on-wing time is

    a theme common to both Rolls-Royce and the customer.

    This results in enrolled engines receiving comprehensive

    maintenance workscoping and service that typically reduces

    the likelihood o an unscheduled maintenance event.

    Comprehensive Maintenance Plans

    Program OptionsThe TotalCare Program is equipped with the exibility to handle

    the needs o any organizations eet management plan by

    ofering payment options, multiple levels o support coverage,

    and a variety o contract structures.

    In-service engines that join the TotalCare Program are subject

    to an enrollment ee. This ee is based on the engine condition,

    consumed lie o lie limited parts, perormance, and past

    material and repair processes utilized during maintenance. Bylistening to customers requests, Rolls-Royce has developed

    the cost-share enrollment ee plan that minimizes impact to

    the customers cash position. This innovative plan includes a

    nominal initial payment and then deers the majority o the

    enrollment ee until the next maintenance event.

    New engines are exempt rom the enrollment ee, making this

    the ideal time to enter into the TotalCare Program. Zero-time

    overhaul engines are also exempt rom this ee i the overhaul

    was perormed at a FIRST network acility.
