INSTALLING A NOSTO ACCOUNT

After installing the Nosto extension for Magento 2 you will find the “Nosto

Dashboard” under “Marketing” in Magento’s store admin (image 1).

When you open the Nosto Dasbhoard without a Nosto account you will see an

installation screen (image 2).

On the installation screen you can either install a new Nosto account by clicking

“Get Started” or connect with an existing Nosto account if you already have

one. The installation wizard will guide you through the steps of completing your

installation.

After you have connected either your newly created or existing Nosto account

with Magento 2, Nosto is operational. In order to start displaying product

recommendations in your store you still need to enable the recommendations

from the Nosto admin (image 3). You can access Nosto admin from the “Nosto

Dashboard” by clicking “Go to Nosto Admin” link (image 4).

CONFIGURING NOSTO FOR MAGENTO 2

In most cases you don’t need to adjust the settings of Nosto’s Magento 2

extension. However, if you want to for example to change the image version that

is used for product recommendations or enable / disable some Nosto features

you can do it from the Nosto extension settings under Store Configuration

Services Nosto (images 5 and 6).
