How Does it Work?
Like all M-Series devices, the M1+ features sensors that monitor oilpressure and temperature. Each unit is pre-programmed with theparameters of the oil to be sampled and the sample intervalrequired (operating hours or calendar date). Using proprietaryalgorithms, the integrated edge processor contained within the unitcalculates the required time for the sample to be taken and for thevalve to remain open to ensure a 100ml sample is taken every time.
The M1+ features the addition of sample activation and sampleevent history data via Bluetooth® enabled devices utilising the freeSmartOil™ app.
Advantages of the M1+
The M1+ version of the M-Series sampling devices enables you to take fluid samples wirelessly without physicalcontact with your machine or fluid compartment. Fluid samples can be activated via the SmartOil™ app keeping yourpeople out of harms way. Once the samples have been taken and the machine and component isolated, a servicetechnician simply collects the filled sample bottle and sends it off for analysis.
