M Sc. (Geoinformatics) - Waitlist Candidates in Order of Merit 1. Candidates mentioned below have been placed on the waitlist, in order of merit, for the M Sc. (Geoinformatics) programme. 2. The waitlist will be activated (if any vacancies are created) on 14 August 2020 at 3:00 pm. 3. Seats, if any, will be offered to waitlisted candidates, in order of merit, to those who are confirmed through phone at the time of activation of the wait list, on 14 August 2020. Those offered a seat will be required to submit a token money of Rs 25,000/- (NON-REFUNDABLE), through NEFT mandate attached below, by 17 August 2020, failing which the offer will be made to the next candidate on the waiting list. The remaining fees Rs 1,00,000/-) is to be submitted by 21 August 2020, failing which it would be presumed that the candidate is not interested in enrolling for the programme. 4. Candidates who enroll for the programme are required to report to the TERI School of Advanced Studies on 1 September 2020 at 9.30 a.m. for registration, depending on guidelines of GOI/NCT/MHRD. An orientation programme will be held on the same day. Classes will commence on 2 September 2020, if regular on-campus classroom based teaching-learning is not possible till further advisory from GOI/NCT/MHRD the classes will be held online mode. 5. The admission will be subject to the candidate obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Science / Engineering / B. Arch / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Geology / Geography. Any misrepresentation or omission of facts, when detected will lead to cancellation of admission at any point during the programme. 6. Original mark sheets and certificates of the 10th, 10+2, and the qualifying examination as well as the migration certificate from the college/university last attended, are to be produced at the time of registration. An attested copy of each of these certificates also needs to be handed over at the time. 7. Candidates, whose results of the bachelor's degree are awaited, are required to bring a certificate on the date of registration from the Registrar/Head of Department/ Head of the Institution where they are studying, stating that he/she has appeared in the qualifying exam and, has completed all the requirements for the qualifying degree by 1 September 2020 and are also expecting the final results of the qualifying degree by 10 November 2020. 8.
