We want to help you advance the profession! Case Management Recognition CMSA's Case Management Practice Improvement Award and Case Management Research Award were developed to recognize an individual, group, or organization showcasing results from a research or quality/performance improvement (QI/PI) initiative for innovation in the advancement of case management practice and/or improved client outcomes. Recipients receive a $1,500 honorarium. Recognition will be given at the 2020 CMSA Annual Conference, and in the CMSA Today magazine. DEADLINE: March 1, 2020 Margaret Leonard Public Policy Grant Developed through the vision and support of a passionate advocate of health policy, this grant supports a grassroots public policy champion who is developed a program to affect health policy within their local government or an even larger scale effort. This grant supports an individual who's public policy program supports CMSA initiatives and aligns with the CMSA Standards of Practice. Grant recipients may be eligible to receive up to $5,000 based on program criteria. DEADLINE: January 31, 2020 Integrated Case Management Training Scholarship Are you committed to improving the health outcomes of the most at-risk populations and willing to link and integrate care coordination across all domains of health? Here's an opportunity to apply for a scholarship to complete the 2020 Spring Integrated Case Management Training to advance your case management skills. Scholarship value is approximately $2,500. Upon completion of training, you will earn 30 RN, CCM, SW continuing education hours.
