Luz  M.  Rodriguez  has  held  leadership  positions  in  both  the  private   and   public   sectors,   focusing   on   innovation,  technology  and  business  strategy.  She  is  currently  the  Site  Manager   for   Lockheed   Martin   Puerto   Rico,   where   she   is  responsible   for   leading   the   IT   technology   strategy   and  managing  overall  IT  operations  and  customer  service.  

Her   initiatives   include   improving   service   delivery   through  embracing   effective   and   efficient   use   of   technology   and  leading   strategic   initiatives   to   transform   the   technology  department   to   be   flexible,   adaptable   and   responsive   to  customer  needs.  

She   holds   numerous   industry   certifications   including  CompTIA   A+,   CompTIA   Security   +,   CompTIA   Linux+,  CompTIA  Project  +,  CompTIA  Network  +,  Certified  Internet  Web   Professional,   HDI   Support   Center   Analyst,   HDI  Desktop  Support  Technician,  HDI  Support  Center  Manager,  Microsoft   Technology   Associate   Web   Development  

Fundamentals,   Cyber   Security   for   Control   System   Engineers,   CIW   JavaScript   Specialist,   CIW   Database  Design   Specialist,   ITIL   v3   Foundation,   Emergency   Management     Systems   for   Weapons   of   Mass  Destruction   Incidents,   CPR   and  AED  Certification.     Luz   is   a   charter  member   of   the   San   Juan   Infragard  chapter  and  a  member  of  the  International  Association  of  Privacy  Professionals  (IAPP).    In  April  2015  she  was  awarded  with  The  Full  Spectrum  Leadership  Excellence  Award,  which   is  the  organization’s  highest  honor  and  represents  technical  and  leadership  excellence  as  well  as  outstanding  team  work.    

Luz  serves  on  the  Boards  of  Directors  for  the  Puerto  Rico  Aerospace  Technology  Cluster.
