Booking Conditions

All seats must be pre-booked and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended to guarantee your seats.

Monies are to be paid in full at time of booking. Payment is by debit/credit card or cheque. Cheques to be made payable to ‘Klarners Tours’. If payment is made by cheque, seats will be provisionally booked until the cheque has cleared. Cheques must be received within five working days of the booking or the seats will be released.

We will make every effort to carry out the itineraries as described, but cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the destination venue. We do reserve the right to cancel any excursion or alter routes, timings or stopping places without prior notice. Subject to passenger numbers, we reserve the right to send a lower seat capacity luxury vehicle which could result in a change of your seat number.

Prices shown do not include meals, admission fees etc unless otherwise stated.

Smoking, vaping and hot food are not permitted on the coaches at any time. Seat Belts must be worn. The use of mobile phones should be restricted to calls of an urgent nature and should remain on silent so as not to disturb fellow passengers.

Passengers are requested to adhere to the departure times given by the driver in order to comply with regulations governing driver’s hours. No refunds will be given to anyone arriving late and therefore missing the coach.

Journey times to destinations are given as estimations only and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic restrictions, delays, breakdowns etc. The company will not be held liable for loss or inconvenience caused by breakdown, other delay or any other cause.

The company will not accept liability for any damage to or loss of property belonging to any passenger left in a vehicle.

Valid passports are essential for all continental excursions. Citizens of non-EU countries should ensure they have the necessary documentation to enter all countries being visited.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept passengers (either outward bound, interim or return journeys) under the influence of alcohol or displaying disruptive and/or aggressive behaviour, or any other reason that would adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers.

If we are forced to cancel any excursion, a full refund will be given. In the event of a passenger cancelling a booking, a refund less an administrative charge will be made. (Exclusions apply where tickets/admissions have been purchased in advance).
