Central Administration Services

We offer to handle all aspects of the Central Administration of an investment fund, either regulated or unregulated, and its thereto related entities (Management Company, Carry Vehicle, Intermediary Holding and Finance Company, Securitization Vehicles, etc.) Generally, we are able to deal with most asset classes

and investment strategies. Our services will include the following:

Net asset value calculation on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

Sourcing, documentation and safekeeping of valuations

Reconciliation of pricings, if necessary, with custodians, brokers, depositaries, etc.

Release of NAV as per the agreed terms to investors, custodians, communication agents, etc.
