1. Place tablet(s) in the tablet crusher pouch. 2. Lift the handle on the crusher. Place a tablet crusher pouch

vertically (up and down) between the blue crushing plate and the ivory base at the front of the crusher.

3. Press the handle firmly down to crush the tablets. The handle will need to be moved up and down two or three times while the tablet crusher pouch is in position.

4. Rotate the tablet crusher pouch horizontally (side to side) and press down on the handle two to three more times to create a finer powder.

1. Place tablet in the “diamond” shaped area of the cutter.

2. Place the top cup with the cutting edge on the tablet and rotate it until the splitter engages in the groove.

3. Push down on the top cup to cut the tablet in half.

3. To use the cup set as a shaker, remove the top cup and add the desired amount of liquid to the bottom cup.

as a shaker to dilute crushed medication with water or juice.

1. Unscrew crusher lid and remove.

2. Place tablet into the base of the Personal Tablet Crusher.

3. Replace the crusher lid on the crusher base turning clockwise until the lid pressure crushes the tablet.

4. Rotate the lid back and forth to further crush the tablet(s). Dispense the crushed medication or continue with Step 5 to dilute the medication.

5. Add water or juice to the base of the crusher and snap the cap from the storage compartment onto the base.

6. Shake the crusher to mix the water or juice with the medication.

7. Drink directly from the crusher or draw diluted medication into an oral dispenser to be administered.

8. Clean the crusher base and place tablet(s) into the storage area. Replace cap.

Personal Tablet Crushers • Crushers come with a dual-purpose cap. The cap

covers the large empty area to form a storage compartment on one end of the crusher. When it is removed, it snaps onto the base of the crusher and holds the crushed medication.

• Water or juice can be added to the crushed medication and the cap applied so the crusher can be used to shake and mix medication for easy draw into a syringe or for drinking from the crusher.
