I am an interior designer currently working for a high end bespoke kitchen manufacturer. My role as a junior kitchen designer has been fun and I have learned a huge amount about the kitchen sector. However, I am in the process of moving from Kent to Essex, and I am keen to take this opportunity to progress my career in a new role. My interest and passion lies in residential design. New Designers award for Sustainable DesignMy Design ‘Autonomous Retreat’ won this award at New Designers exhibition, London, among 3500 Graduates. Sky Creative awarded a cash prize and a one month internship. The project was also short listed for the Christopherson Collection at my university.

Timber Meditation Structure Competition‘Chill Out Pod’ was awarded first prize for Heterarchy architects competition within my university, endorsed by Travis Perkins. The brief was to design a free-standing timber ‘chill out/meditation’ structure.

This was a fantastic opportunity to gain new skills and to push outside my comfort zones. Tree shaping, preparing land for crops, chainsaw and machinery work. I relly enjoyed and value this unique Australian experience.Other roles included Sales, Cafe and event hospitality and being an airport concierge.
