SYNOPSIS Four desperate teenagers decide to spend one fateful night in the big city. Horny and broke, they go hide inside a gigantic shopping mall. But they are not alone, an old couple appear from nowhere, and a night of terror begins. It’s a game. Simple but deadly. They call it LUDO. The monsters live within the game, prisoners of their fate. Their curiosity led to disaster. A curse. An immortal couple. Their lust for blood. A dangerously powerful shaman. And a curse that will not die. Beware of the rattle of the dice.

DIRECTORS’S BIOGRAPHY & FILMOGRAPHY NIKON Rajarshi Basu aka Nikon is a filmmaker and editor, working between Kolkata and Vancouver. Born in Kolkata, he graduated from Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI) with a specialization in editing. During this time, he edited Love in India, 2008. It was a revolutionary time with the emergence of a DIY desktop digital movement. Immersed deep into the working practice and culture of motion graphics, visual effects and the cutting edge of film post production saw him joining Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver to pursue this multidisciplinary interest. After graduating from ECU in 2011, Nikon collaborated with Q once again to edit Tasher Desh. Since then he has been active in the Vancouver scene, directing motion graphics for video game cinematic, editing commercials and music videos. Ludo is his first feature film, which he is co-‐directing with Q. Q Kaushik Mukherjee, professionally known as Q is an arts graduate from Calcutta University. He worked in Maldives and Sri Lanka for several years, directed hundreds of commercials, winning various awards on the way. Then, inspired by the independent films of Europe and Japan, retired voluntarily and shifted trade and city. Back in Kolkata, Q started a progressive art house namely Overdose, a production, design and music company. He now produces, writes, shoots and directs films, both fiction and non-‐fiction, strictly conceptually developed by him. He is also into visualizing and directing music videos. After taking the world by storm by directing films like Love In India, Gandu and Tasher Desh, Q is now co-‐directing his new film Ludo with his long time friend and editor, Nikon.
