Local Committee Vice President MessageI am very grateful with my experince through AIESEC so far. For over 2 years in AIESEC, I've an oppertunity to work as Vice President in iGCDP and then TM. To me, being one of the executive board of AIESEC LUCT is a very powerful experience. I am able to work with many different teams at the same time. Some of them from other countries, and some from here but more or less we all have different culture. Throughtout the experience I have learn a lot in term of personal and professional development like Team Management, Crisis Management, Projec t Management, Public Speak-ing, Human Resource Management, Coaching and Training and so on.... But most importantly it enhance my emotional intelligence and provide me with global networking. There are a lot more but it will take 2-3 pages to describe it all. My story doesn't end here, it will continue but what about your story? Grab this opportunity and start now.. WRITE YOUR OWN STORY!!

You might think that Finance is just an easy peasy useless department, but you are wrong. Making budget plan, controlling cash flow and dealing with money is not easy. Once you step in the wrong path, the whole LC will collapse or we can call it “bankrupt”. So, after you finished the term of being a Local Committee Vice President of Finance, I can guarantee that your management skill will improve surprisingly.

There are a lot more than word can describe. You will never understand it, if you not yet explore it by your-self. What are you waiting for??? Apply for the incredible journey!!!

This is such a great moment that AIESEC LUCT opens application for Local Committee Vice President of each function term 15. This is a great opportunity that a person should take this chance to challenge himself or herself. Moreover, through this experience in the entity, people can learn a lot of things that unexpectedly happen; but those happenings give you such a great learning points that you can’t find it somewhere else. With commitment, motivation and encouragement, you should find your start point, your purpose to achieve something in life. By this learning step, I hopefully you can basically find your own purpose in life. As I am LCVP MKT current, I really appreciate and want to see those potential people who really step out to take this challenge in life and in social ex-perience as well. Just to remember, nobody ready for start to do thing, but you should ask yourself do you ready for starting to learn thing and make it happen in progress day by day. More interestingly, job is teaching you, you will learn later and don’t be feel that it is not the right time for you to take this opportunity.

I came into position of iGIP in the middle of the term which is quite tough for me to get along well in Exec-utive Board Team who I have never known before in Local Committee along with background of experi-ences from iGCDP department. As Vice President is not an easy task, there are so many struggles I have been through, but one of the most important experiences that I could ever learn is Team Management. In AIESEC LUCT is so unique because all members are from different schools with different timelines, and it is very hard to track members to work together. However, back to my own iGIP experience, it is a very good one to be described. I re-member one day of iGIP functional meeting, on that day there were so many tasks to be done besides AIESEC works, but I still have a meeting with my members for a whole afternoon, and after with iGIP national team meeting till late evening. I was so tired on that day, but one thing which gave me energy to do more is when my members told me the same thing “you should relax more”. I can say that it is just so special.

Be the LCVP is the most beautiful experience as a leader. You might be scare when you apply this position but please notice that no one is ready for that. I can tell you that the LCVP would provide me three amazing things such as Leadership development, Global Mindset and Global Network. It is literally true that our platform is really matched with three above by shaping people day by day. Before I join AIESEC, I really selfish person who always think about myself, not sure what I will do exactly in the future, and block my ambitious. However, I felt that I have grown a lot with attitude and be-haviors a term of general knowledge after I have joined AIESEC. I realize that it opens a door for welcome friends across Cambodia and the out side world. And, it helps me to think about my future plan and goal, a person who I will be in the future because I have more ambitious than before. Lastly, be a LCVP is always challenge and dealing with people, I am sure that you will never ever feel this before. Plus, you can make your own decision as a LCVP, and it doesn’t matter your decision is right or wrong. There is lots of beautiful thing that I can’t find in University but it has in AIESEC, please discover your self with life changing experience.
