Who is the app aimed at?

• The app is an intelligent search engine which is aimed at helping men shop for presents.

• We plan to have a dedicated search engine which will help find the perfect gift.

How does it tackle the problem?

• The problem is tackled through an intelligent search engine.

• The user chooses the gift receiver's age, gender, interests and likes and dislikes.

• The app then searches the internet shopping wilderness to find the perfect gift!

Where will it be used?

• The app will allow you to shop from the comfort of your own home.

• your tired, its your friends birthday in a few days but Your local gift store is closed! Oh No! it’s a disaster but luckily you remember you downloaded Mans Best Friend!

• You enter your friends details into the search engine and find the perfect gift!

• We are developing a smartphone app for men of all ages who have trouble finding gifts to give their friends, we will

use a search engine to find the products.

• We have learned that we would need to contact the stores for permission to use their data, however as we would be advertising their product they may want to help fund the project. It would not be feasible to input our own data as it would become out of date very fast.

Targeted: The app will be targeted at people who simply do not have enough time to buy a gift
