Same Area, closer up, before and after. Customer now has the ability to clean the entire freezer floor facility in-house. Previous, only entrances were cleaned quarterly to remove buildup. ($2600-$3000 per service approx 1000sq ft total)

Non-slip food production floor outside of freezer, floor was previously washed and cleaned (daily) wrote my initials in the floor with the tool. Value added to machine by allowing customer to clean entire facility. Customer did not realize that floors were that color!

Lucerne 2500 Demo Key Points:• Machine was running for about 45 mins total. 2000psi was sufficient in removing and melting

buildup in entrances and cleaning concrete in freezer.• Water Temperature held constant between 160-

190deg throughout demo.• Vac hose and pressure hose were not freezing.• Waste tank was half full upon completion. • Customer is interested in the pump out option

and requested pricing.

• Customer agrees that workers would not be in freezer longer then 45mins cleaning. (thus solving the hose line freezing objection)

• Emptying the waste tank revealed dark black water with bits of fruit and vegetables.

• We compared our Sapphire 2500 HS machine to Aero Tech truckmount http://www.aerotechmfg.com/CleaningTruck/content/?page=19).

• Customer was surprised and satisfied that the Sapphire machine had the same result as the Aero Tech truck.

• Reiterated to the customer that the machines are not comparable but yet the result is the same, customer agreed.

• NO CHEMICALS USED FOR CLEANING, PRESSURE & WATER ONLY!

• Ecolab Kool Kleen Freezer cleaner sprayed after to reduce ice from thin layer of water. Very minimal, and in some areas not necessary.

• This Demonstration proved that the 2500 HS machine can operate and generate enough hot water to clean in freezer conditions as well as extract enough water and waste to leave concrete floor clean and clear
