Telex HVLP is a high-performance hydraulic fluid with outstanding viscosity control across a wide range of temperatures. COMPRESSOR OILS

Repsol oils for compressors and refrigeration equipment are designed to guarantee the optimal performance, maximize efficiency, reduce maintenance cost and unexpected shutdowns in the plant. Repsol has designed a range of high quality lubricants formulated using refined hydrotreated GII base oils and cutting-edge additives. This allows them to exceed all the requirements of different types of compressors in the market. Repsol compressor lubricant product range from optimized formulations for normal working conditions to long-life synthetic air compressor oils for severe operating conditions when reliability of the equipment is challenged.

The range is complemented by oils for refrigeration systems with naphthenic base oils. Such oils are miscible and compatible with freon and ammonia refrigerant gases which are commonly used to ensure the compressor is correctly lubricated at low temperatures.

HEAT TRANSFER OILS

Repsol has brought the technology used in Europe and launch this product in Asia. Our heat transfer oil has shown extremely good results in heat transfer systems. It reduces adverse impact from coking deposits, improves detergency and dispersancy features to keep the pipes clean and avoids blockages which tend to reduce efficiency.

Mulitgrado Termico is a specially formulated industrial grade lubricant for use as a heat transfer oil. It is formulated using highly refined hydrocracked base oils with dedicated additive technology. This enhances the cleanliness throughout the system and minimises carbon deposits which tend to block the pipelines. Additionally, the superior base oil used, provides outstanding oxidation resistance and guarantees the right performance for a longer period. It is a top tier oil to be used in heat transfer systems where the temperature reaches up to 300 ºC.

CIRCULATING OILS

Repsol circulating range of products offer you the option to choose based on your load requirements. The CIRCULACION range has shown reliable performance when lubricating large bearings normally used in steel plants. They are designed to have appropriate viscosity/temperature characteristics, low foaming tendency and outstanding water separation properties (especially useful working in very humid environments with a lot of moisture). In addition, they protect equipment against corrosion and the hydrotreated Group II base oil used and the special antioxidant additives resulting in long service life and less unexpected maintenance shutdowns.

Enhanced demulsibility performance tested in in-house bench test especially developed in our R&D center to push our limits even further than Standard Specifications.

This range of products are especially developed to lubricate rolling mill bearing. It meets the requirements of MORGOIL bearing manufacturers.

Premium circulating oil for lubricating bearing subjected to very severe operating conditions (such as rolling mills) due to its extreme pressure property. Specially developed to lubricate rolling mill bearings where the moisture in the environment is especially high. Repsol Circulacion EP has outstanding demulsibility and allow water to be shed from the oil. The water may be easily removed by centrifuge from the system, protecting the equipment against corrosion, poor lubrication and premature wear. They are also suitable for the lubrication of many low-speed large-diameter plain bearings by means of drip feed, oil bath or oil ring lubrication

General purpose fluid for lubricating bearing subjected to medium to high load conditions. The enhanced protection by Repsol Circulacion increases the service life of the equipment. It has the same water separability function as Repsol Circulacion EP.

Repsol Circulacion is highly recommended in non-EP applications where the water separation is a critical issue.

TURBINE OILS

Repsol’s range of turbine oils covers all the lubrication needs of modern equipment, ranging from the turbines in hydroelectric plants to steam turbines and gas turbines in combined cycle power plants, ensuring optimal lubricant performance during its service life, while protecting the critical units and maintaining long drain intervals.

Repsol turbine oils fulfill majority international quality standards, as well as the most demanding requirements of original equipment manufacturers such as Alstom, Siemens, Solar and General Electric. Furthermore, we have developed more stringent anti-oxidant in-house tests to push the limits of these oils.

The high temperatures that can be reached in some gas turbine bearing requires high thermal-resistant lubricant against oxidation. Repsol Aries Turbogas CC exhibits exceptional antioxidant resistant under extremely high oxidative conditions, providing enhanced equipment protection and extending oil drain intervals. Showing outstanding bench test results in particularly TOST and RPVOT, the premium turbine oil demonstrates this property by extending service life, providing large savings to plant maintenance budget. TURBINE OILS

REPSOL TURBO ARIESTurbo Aries technology has been developed to comply with the stringent requirements in the lubrication of steam and medium-duty gas turbines stated by major turbine manufacturers. It has been designed to exceed the highest oxidation performance required by modern turbine Specifications.

Turbo Aries have outstanding filterability, excellent resistance to rust and corrosion and good air release features. Turbo Aries contains anti-wear protection and can be used also in geared turbine applications.

More than 11.000 running hours are attained in the toughest bench test performed, to confirm its antioxidant capability. This is TWO times more than what was stated in the harshest OEM specification for gas turbines. Outstanding RPVOT result is 4.5 times better antioxidant performance than the values requested in GEK specifications for gas turbines.
