    Overview

    F1:20 MHz

    F2:10 MHzF2:10 MHz

    When UE located inside the Building UE will handle by 20 MHzUE will start A2 when serving cell became worst than thresholdUE will start A4 when neighbor better than threshold,

    UE on 10 MHz when out side the Building

    UE will start A3 when neighbor offset become better than

    threshold,

    Triggering condition: Ms Hys > Thresh

    Exiting condition: Ms + Hys < Thresh

    Exiting condition: Mn + Ofn + Ocn + Hys < Thresh A1 & A2

    Ms = Measurement Serving

    Hys = Hysteresis A1A2

    Thresh = A1 or A2 RSRP Threshold

    Ofn = Frequency-specific offset for Neighbor

    Ocn = Cell-specific offset for Neighbor

    Hys = Interfreq HO Hysteresis

    Default Configuration (10MHz to 20MHz)

    1) When UE serving from 10

    MHz with default threshold

    Threshold A1 : -105

    Threshold A2 : -109

    Our UE will not doing any

    measurement due to 10 MHz

    RSRP still higher than A1

    Threshold

    2) We need to mapping in which

    level RSRP we can start to

    search other frequency.

    3) A1 threshold change to

    (-90dBm) and A1A2 hys

    change to 2 dBm.

    A1 (interfreq stop

    measurement) will happen

    when RSRP Ms-2>-90

    Ms>-88

    4) Change A2 Threshold to (-93

    dBm). A2 (start interfreq

    measurement report to eNB)

    will happen when RSRP

    Ms+2

    Default Configuration (20MHz to 10MHz)

    When UE serving from 20 MHz

    with default threshold Interfreq

    HO can happen smoothly

    Threshold A1 : -105

    Threshold A2 : -109

    When UE serving from 10 MHz

    UE measurement @ -97 dBm

    Threshold A2 : -93

    -97+2 < -93 event A2 trigger

    RSRP = -105 dBm

    5) In another Band (20 MHz) the

    signal strength -94 dBm.

    Threshold A4 was set to -97

    dBm. Hys = 2

    Mn+Ocn+Ofn-Hys > Thresh

    Mn+0+0-2 > -97

    Mn > -95 dBm

    Event A4 will happen
