Case Study: Integrated Services at Edgbaston Cricket Ground

This fantastic internationally recognised sporting venue provides the perfect example of the benefits of our strategic

integrated FM model. The consolidation of services under LSS has allowed us to introduce cross-service efficiencies.

Anecdotally, we found that maintenance teams were doing routine checks for blown bulbs along the same route as security

teams had just patrolled. Simply getting our security to check these as they go around saves us and the client precious resource.

At Warwick, we work with the Jockey Club to deliver customer focused stewarding services. Our team are trained by our hands

on training company, Signa Training who ensure that our people understand what it takes to enhance the guest experience.

Our stewarding benefits from the rewards of our policy of hiring “nice people”, providing a friendly face on site.

Whether a match spectator or a conference delegate, all patrons expect a well maintained environment.

Planned preventative maintenance tasks on plant and equipment according to clear schedules ensure safe operation in accordance with legal compliance, agreed procedures and quality standards.
