December 26,2012

As per the decision of the 83rd Human Resource Committee Meeting convened on 25th

December, 2012; the Ministry is pleased to transfer the services of the followingengineers which are annexed as the following. This order will be effective from January 1,2013 .

.Annexure 1: Department of Engineering Services/ DzongkhagsAnnexure 2: Department of Human SettlementAnnexure 3: Department of Roads.

The transferees should ensure that proper handing taking over of the official duties, filesand record should be carried out with the next in line officer and no objection should besought from the administration concerned prior to moving to the place of posting.

Note: As the transfer proposal was discussed with the individual concerned prior toissuance of this order, request of any form shall not be entertained upon issuance of thetransfer order. The transferees should move to the next place of posting in line with thisorder within one month from the effective date of transfer.

The individual transferee and district engineers should take the onus of handing over ofthe responsibilities to the next line in officer and relieving the transferred officials onpriority basis to the next place ofposting.

The Ministry also solicits a kind cooperation from the concerned dzongkhagadministration in facilitating for smooth implementation of the transfers and optimalutilization of the human resource through timely reshufflinq.

In the event, the officials fails to comply with the transfer order, the Ministry may beforced to initiate administrative action against the defaulters in the future HRCmeetings.
