Please note that these guidelines are for instructors, teaching assistants, or program directors that are leading a group of teams.

The following will show how to set up the back-channel for leaving feedback on team presentations.

Dropbox Setup

An important step to take before anything, is to create a folder in Dropbox where the actual presentation files will be saved.

Once you have created a Dropbox folder that all the teams can save their files to, copy the “Share Link”.

Login to LPC

Now that you have the “Share Link” for the Dropbox Folder, you should login to LPC as your FACULTY account.

1. Click on PresentationsNOTE: This opens up a new window.

2. Click on “Create New Presentations”

3. Complete form

• You will need to input the

– Date of the presentations

– URL to the Dropbox folder you will have the teams upload their presentations to (PDF, PPTX, KEY)

– Theme of the presentations (aligned with the LLP Guide)

– Teams that are presenting

3. Complete form

4. Success! (edit if necessary)

Give Feedback on Presentation

On the day of presentations, you will be giving feedback to the other teams. Here are the steps of how to do so.

1. Click on PresentationsNOTE: This opens up a new window.

2. Choose specific presentation

3. Give feedback

4. Edit feedback

Guidelines

There are also Presentation Guidelines and Instructor Critiques that we provide to help make the conversation more constructive.

Teams and mentors only see Presentation Guidelines, while Instructors also get the areas they should focus their critiques on.
