WELLS FARGO BANK

The concepts of dependabili ty and soundness are interpreted in the design of this project through the use of tradit ional materials , large architectural detailing, and an open floor plan. Open offices, glass walls , and interconnected spaces allow for ease of circulation and public access to all bank services . The tradit ional, square Wells Fargo logo is represented through repeated rectlinear shapes throughout the building. Angles of the exist ing exterior walls are utilized in the design of the interior and help to create harmony and balance within the space. Easy accessibili ty, natural light, and rich finishes create a comfortable and safe banking environment for the customers of Wells Fargo.

American Apparel is a vert ically integrated manufacturer, distr ibuter, and retailer of basic clothing items. Based out of Los Angeles, California, the design aesthetic of American Apparel provides metropolitan young adults with a core line of iconic styles that are both modern and classic . The simplicity of classic, American style combined with unpredictable text iles and designs creates both a t imeless and contemporary clothing line.

The idea of classic simplicity is the inspiration for the stand-alone kiosk design for American Apparel . Clean lines and a monochromatic palette frame the eye-catching product from a distance. Users are encouraged to explore all means of egress while being presented with the current line of apparel .

FRESH GREEN JUICE

Fresh Green Juice holds the vis ion of holist ic, healthy, and natural living through nutrit ious and delicious foods. The small cafe-style shop is in the process of being constructed and will be placed on Tehama Street in the SOMA distr ict of San Francisco. The 9’ by 9’ space is designed to attract attention from the busy cross streets of 1st and 2nd with bright green signage, delicious, local fare, and a healthy breakfast option for locals on the go. Sandwich boards, natural finishes, crisp colors, and a casual presence create an invit ing and contemporary aesthetic that keeps customers returning.

Located in the North East corner of San Francisco, Polk Gulch is a neighborhood filled with a dynamic mix of residences and merchants, with i ts newest addit ion being a high rise condo building from Rockwell Properties .

The target demographics for these condos are first-t ime buyers and power couples who appreciate the authenticity and variety of the neighborhood.

Design aesthetic:- combination of clean/modern/vintage- sleek/polished with rough/organic - abstracts done by local art ists

The neighborhood has pulled the buyer in, imagining themselves filling one of these elegantly crafted spaces will make them stay.

The sales gallery communicates a li festyle while creating a canvas open to interpretation.
