1 LOYON seeps between the crusty cells

(corneocytes) that make up the plaques. The combination of dimethicones and dicaprylyl carbonate – both stable ingredients with a long-standing

InDIvIDuAl: loyonLOYON comes in a 15ml bottle for cradle cap and a 50ml bottle with a spray nozzle and a dropper which can both be screwed into the top.The dropper makes it easy

to deliver the solution to a small or hard-to-reach area.If there are many plaques

on the scalp, it can be better to use the spray so that it can deliver droplets to cover it.For applying to a wider

zone such as knees and elbows where plaques commonly form, the spray is most effective.

1. Apply directly on to the skin using the spray or the dropper

2. Massage in gently then leave for at least three hours, or overnight

3. Remove with a mild wash

4. Repeat as needed, once daily for 3-7 days.

You should leave at least three hours before secondary treatments such as topical steroids are used. In practice, many people

apply LOYON at night and leave it overnight, then show-er and use a second treat-ment in the morning, or do it the other way around and apply LOYON in the morn-ing. There is no need to wash off

LOYON as it is non-toxic and mild, but as the plaques are loosened they tend to wash off in the shower.
