To reflect on 2016, we all might agree the cattle business has not been as prosperous recently as it has in years past. Cattlemen again move back into a time in which efficiency and profitability are incredibly important. This breed fits that mold, and I truly believe that our markets will hold strong as we continue to produce cattle that perform competitively while requiring fewer inputs than other breeds. As you study this catalog, I trust that you will find a diverse mix of Lowline genetics that are incredibly high in quality. The cattle in this sale will fit the needs of Lowline and commercial producers alike as we strive to build a more moderate and efficient cow herd.
