331Low Power In-Sign Radar Traffic Detector
The 331 ultra low power true ranging radar is specifically designed to mount internally in Vehicle Actuated Signs (VAS) as the primary source of detection.
Integrating expert knowledge from our existing enforcement radar platforms and applying it to a low power engine, the 331 platform is an ideal solution when working at remote sites with a demanding power budget. It has been possible with this bespoke antenna design to achieve true ranging capabilities that allow for a high degree of vehicle count data.

Hyperion™ is a bespoke set of test equipment designed and developed by AGD Systems. It is dedicated to the testing of the AGD portfolio of ‘ranging’ FMCW vehicle radars. 100% of the 331 units manufactured at AGD are Certified by Hyperion.
The key test functions performed by Hyperion to Certify the premium performance of your Intelligent Detection System are:

• Transmitted radar frequency modulation measurement

The radar test sequences performed by Hyperion on the radar under test provides a thorough examination of the performance of the 331 radar and specifically the ranging measurement capability provided by the FMCW technology deployed. This gives full control of simulated targets’ signal size, speed, direction and range.
Optimisation of frequency signals on Hyperion ensures full compatibility with country requirements within the 24GHz radar operating band.
