Theme/Plugin Review

● Team members review the themes submitted for placement in the WordPress.org theme repository. They check the themes for adherence to good coding standards as well as to ensure that they meet requirements around features and functionality. The plugin team works in a similar manner, checking the soundness of submitted plugins to keep WordPress users safe and satisfied when downloading from the repository.

ACCESSIBILITY

● The goal is to make WordPress available and accessible for everyone. Accessibility team members test WordPress using different brands of screen readers on multiple browsers, using keyboard only navigation, checking tab-order and discovering unreachable links. They also check color contrast of on screen items and investigate other accessibility issues.

Community

● We're beneficiaries of the hard work of the community team members. The members of the Community team organize and manage Meetups and other opportunities for people to share around WordPress. They provide support to mentorship programs, diversity initiatives, contributor outreach, and other ways of growing the WordPress community. They of course, are also responsible for coordinating WordCamps.
