Vendor’s View "I loved the house from the minute I saw the photograph and have loved the last ten years of living in my home. I feel like the house gives you a hug every time you enter it, and my friends and family say they feel the same. The house is very spacious and always feels great - whether it's sitting watching the log burner on a cosy winter night, or having the windows open letting in the summer air. The neighbours are fantastic and there is a real sense of community on Monk Bridge Street and the surrounding area. It's always nice to share a glass of wine with them as we watch the world go by! Being in the heart of Meanwood is fantastic - there are two fabulous local pubs, and three great restaurants on the doorstep not to mention countless cafes and take aways...and of course Waitrose is a rather fabulous corner shop! You can almost see the park from the bedroom window, Headingley is just a ten minute walk, Chapel Allerton is on the doorstep and the city centre is easy to get to. You really can park the car up on a weekend end not have to use it again - a nice break! It has been a pleasure living in such a wonderful place."
