The Frugal Muse is not like Barnes and Noble – there is no coffee shop. The books are gently used, and the atmosphere is peaceful.

There is no color scheme. The furnishings consist of mismatched wood shelves, ratty, overstuffed chairs that I would never sit in for fear of lice or bedbugs. I consider the decor early

basement.
