Enclosed is the Travel Protection details which will give youinformation should you desire additional coverage. To purchaseadditional coverage on your confirmed insurance policy only, pleasecontact Fugazi Travel. Please be sure to make a note of your AccessAmerica Travel Protection Evidence of Insurance which will bemailed to you directly by Access America. Keep the policy in a safeplace and be sure to carry it with you during your trip.

CANCELLATIONWritten notice of cancellation must be received by Fugazi TravelAgency, Inc. by March 1, 2012. Regardless of when cancelled, therewill be a non-refundable fee of $200.00 per person, plus charges forAccess America insurance premium and non-usage of pre-negotiatedshuttle flight or any regularly scheduled airline flights.

Every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery of documentation.Airline tickets are not mailed to those passengers departing May 1 -returning May 9, nor to those passengers traveling on the shuttle flightZurich to Lourdes or Lourdes to Zurich. A Fugazi TravelRepresentative will be at the SF0/LAX airports on departure day toassist you with check-in.

Fugazi Travel charges fees for processing of mileage upgrades,communication expenses, and any additional ticketing requirements.You will be advised by Fugazi Travel's staff of any additional charges.

The following schedule of fees shall be applied according to datewhen your cancellation letter is received by Fugazi Travel.March 1 - March 15: 50% of total trip costMarch 16 to Departure: 100% of total trip cost

LOURDES GROUND TRANSFER SERVICESFor those traveling with an air ticket not provided by The Order ofMalta/Fugazi Travel Agency, Inc., transfers to and from Lourdesshould be arranged by you independently, or Fugazi Travel canarrange for you at an additional cost.

INCIDENTAL COSTS NOT INCLUDEDThose meals which are not indicated in the itinerary. The individual isalso responsible for any fees of a personal nature: beverages notindicated within, phone charges, laundry, room service, excessbaggage charge, visa and passport fees, and services not specificallymentioned in itineraries.

THE TRAVELERS RESPONSIBILITYThe Order of Malta/Fugazi Travel Agency, Inc., purchase transportation,hotel accommodations, restaurant services, and other services fromvarious, independent suppliers which are not subject to our control.

The Order of Malta/Fugazi Travel Agency, Inc., therefore cannot beliable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property, deten-tion, annoyance, delay, expense, quarantine, strike, "force majeure",disturbance, act of war, government restriction or regulation that mayoccur due to (1) any act or omission of such a supplier, its employeesand others not under the direct control of The Order of Malta/FugaziTravel Agency, Inc., or (2) defects in or failures of any aircraft, vessel,vehicle or other means of transportation that is not under the directcontrol of The Order of Malta/Fugazi Travel Agency, Inc. (3) A terroristact committed by an organized terrorist group recognized as such by theU.S. State Department. Full responsibility for operation of vehicles usedon this itinerary rests with the carriers so engaged in the conveyance ofpassengers, and the law of the countries of operation governs thecarriers' liability, baggage, including hand luggage, is at owner's risk.

The Order of Malta/Fugazi Travel Agency Inc., reserve the right tomake reasonable changes in the itinerary as deemed necessary for thecomfort and well being of the passengers, and to pass on to passengersany expenses or losses caused by such changes, delays or events beyondour control. Tour costs are based on current rates of exchange and maybe subject to change before final payment.

The Order of Malta/Fugazi Travel Agency Inc. does not guarantee anyof such supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling,or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Examples of rateswhich the Order of Malta/Fugazi Travel Agency Inc. cannot guaranteeinclude, but are not limited to the following: airport facility charges;additional charges relating to terminal change; increase in anygovernment or local taxation on air travel; fluctuations of currencyexchange rates; and variations in cost of fuel.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:

One checked piece per person total weight not to exceed 44pounds.

Size of each bag is 62 inches(length + width + height). One carry-on per person A carry-on bag must fit under your seat or in the overhead bin.

Carry-on bag dimensions should not be more than 21.7 x 15.7x 7.9 inches in size and may not weigh more than 17 pounds.

Additional bags, or weight, will be the sole responsibility ofthe Traveler, and any fees for excess will be payable by youdirectly to airline at check-in time.
