HOW I CAME TO MAKE CREAMS, LOTIONS AND GELS

A friend of mine, being very fair, had very dry skin. It looked likeshe had pieces of glass stuck on her legs and they were furiously red.

I tried an old recipe someone had once given me but the result was a

very good lip ice.

After some trial and error, I came up with this recipe. I have

included ingredients with properties required by a healthy skin and I

only use the best ingredients available to me.

People, who used this lotion, claimed that it had been useful in

relieving dry skin, psoriasis, mosquito bites, nappy rash, shingles,

wrinkles, age spots, skin cancer spots, light burns, small cuts and

scrapes.

GRACE'S 2 in 1 CREAM

With time, people asked for something to get rid of age spots and

vitaligo, I did a little more research and came up with thiscombination which helps for white, copper and brown spots. !ittle

did I reali"e at the time the fantastic relief psoriasis sufferers would

get from this combination# Within months, people who have had to

cover$up and stay indoors for many years are now playing sports and

entertaining out in the sunshine.

%he ingredients& Avocado, wheat$germ, castor, sunflower, lavender

oils, bees wa', water, glycerine, bora', lycopodium, (uglans and

graphites.

GRACE'S SPOT OINTMENT

An '$farmer, who had spots of skin cancer on his arms and legs from

years of e'posure to the harsh )outh African sun, retired on a

smallholding high up in the *agoebaskloof *ountains and kept a

few milk cows to keep himself occupied. +arly every morning and

evening he would take a short$cut along a narrow path through a

small marsh to herd the cattle in to be milked. e would notice an

oily substance on his legs and a pungent smell about himself after the

walk and attributed this to the weeds that grew profusely in the

marsh. After a few months, he noticed that the spots on his legs had

disappeared and as he took his short$cut, he rubbed the weeds on his

arms. %he spots on his arms also disappeared in due course. is

children then set up a steam distiller and went to work e'tracting the

essential oils from this weed and now e'port the ma(ority of the

harvest to foreign markets. %his weed is called emi"igia Petulata

and is of the basil-mint family. I have incorporated this oil in an

ointment, diluted to a friendly strength with neutral gel and have

tested it on my own families skins with outstanding results. An

elderly gentleman has e'tensive skin cancer and has informed me

that the spot ointment is the only thing to ever produce any results. A

teenage, male friend with very bad acne has been using it for about

months and has only a few pimples that still need to clear up. %he

results have all taken a few months but they are remarkable.

GRACE'S SILVER GEL

I am constantly looking for ways to help people with different

conditions and have recently put this recipe to the test.

)o far, I have had e'cellent results on inflamed varicose veins, coldsores, ec"ema, small warts, blackheads, sores and sore muscles. A

little rubbed into the nostrils has also relieved sinus. It can also be

used on open wounds as an antiseptic in cases of emergency where

nothing else is available.

As with the )pot 0intment, I have only included the necessary

ingredients.

While looking into colloidal silver, I found the following&

)ilver has been used for centuries in eating utensils for the rich, and

GRACE'S SECRET SERUM

If you are allergic to anything DO NOT USE THIS# %his formula is

a secret and should only be used by those who have faith. I know it

works and you will find that it works for more things than (ustwrinkles. After washing your face, place one drop on the tip of your

ring finger and pat it on your face. After applying as many drops as

you feel are necessary, gently and lovingly massage all the drops

together. Apply sunscreen or make$up and repeat the procedure at

night. ;o not tell me that it is oily# I know that it is oily for a while

but that is good. ust gently wipe off the e'cess after 35 minutes

2rom time to time, I get a request for something that will help to

soothe aching muscles. I eventually settled on this recipe which

proved to be a winner among my family and friends. It is surely one

that I will never be without ever again.

%he combination of oils seem to ease pain and reduce muscle

inflammation. *y personal use of this is for an aching lower back. I

apply to the area 9no need to rub it in although that helps too: in the

morning and in the evening for a few days until the pain is a distant

memory and then stop for a few months. I do the same for my

husband.
