Maintec Technologies uses a three-phased qualification process to screen candidates: 1) Preliminary Qualifications Check: Our recruiting agent

first conducts telephone interviews to qualify candidates on communication skills, education, experience, eligibility, and availability.

2) Technical interview: Based on client requirements. This allows technical managers to determine aptitude in specific technical areas, as well as other required attributes such as willingness to travel, etc. where appropriate work samples are obtained from candidates and are carefully reviewed for adequacy and merit with respect to requirements.
