Please hand in to the main office on either campus in the following way: Cash or cheque sealed in envelope Students name clearly marked on the front Amount clearly marked on the front Thank you Mr G Bulleyment PE Faculty Trampoline Competition Five teams, a total of 20 students, represented Edmonton County School at the Enfield trampoline competition on Thursday the 1 st December. The Intermediate team, Nadine Sefton, Parris Wilkinson, Layla Empson and Lucy Savage surpassed the rest and won their category to become Enfield Champions. The senior team, Manzour Mohammad, Joseph Aluko-Orginni, Dominic Wooding and Lorenzo Ribecca were placed in a very noble third position and the junior team, Savannah Wilkinson, Brogan Neal, Cathryn-Jayne Lennard and Chloe Bryan, achieved a fantastic second place with only one point between them and the winners Oasis! The trampoline sports leader judges, Sophia Sefton, Andrea Georgiou, Jordan Townsend and Stiven Duka, did an excellent job at the trampoline festival and were a real credit to the PE department and school. Individuals have to be mentioned with Nadine Sefton scoring the best in her category with an outstanding performance and Anthony Murray -Bruce caused jaws to drop with his heart-stopping routine! Jessica Morrison performed a perfect set and voluntary routine, Olyvia Geohagen and Alice Garner gritted their teeth against the pain of their twisted ankles and performed their routines with utmost determination. Jordan Dean performed a flawless back summersault within his voluntary routine, Antonia Buttigieg made a great début and Ramani Bingham performed exceptionally well! Well done to each of the students involved, they did extremely well and made me proud! Special thanks to Mrs Lennard and Ms Dean for coming to show their support- its much appreciated! Parentpay Update The biometric registering equipment was unavailable for registration week commencing 5 th December on Bury Campus and therefore we could not register your son/daughter for Parentpay. We will start registering Cambridge Campus students from Monday 12 th December followed by Bury students. Some students will have to be registered when we come back after the Christmas break. Trampoline Competition

Five teams, a total of 20 students, represented Edmonton County

School at the Enfield trampoline competition on Thursday the 1st December. The Intermediate team, Nadine Sefton, Parris Wilkinson,

Layla Empson and Lucy Savage surpassed the rest and won their

Edmonton County Talent Show 2011 Congratulations to all of the students who performed in the final of the talent show on Thursday 1st December in

the hall on the Cambridge campus, to a very appreciative audience. Following the initial auditions in October students had worked hard at rehearsing with music, dance and drama teachers. There were twenty acts in total

and the judges found it very difficult to decide on the final winners, but decisions had to be made, with the following

winners in each category:

I am delighted to share this good news.

Foundation learning student Onur Kul achieves college award!

A member of our Year 11 Foundation Learning

ASDAN Youth Award Scheme has been given an Achievement Award for his progress on the

vocational option at Southgate College. We are

very proud of his achievements and trust it will bode well for his future progression into college

full time, job training and employment after successfully completing his GCSE's. In this day

and age I can think of nothing better than congratulating this student for his talent and

hard work and hope that more of our learners

achieve such successes in the near future.
