Weight Loss Although, individual diets may vary there are basics that one can safely follow.

Weight loss plans that begin with a rigid and strict regimen for the first and

second week are the most successful.

Whether your diet program consists of high protein, carbohydrates, or just cutting

portions down, it is vital to supplement with lots of water. Not only will it keep the

body hydrated, but will fill you up, especially during the transitional period of the

first two weeks. Your diet plan should also include fruits and vegetables. This

should include potatoes for iron, and sufficient amount of olive oil for good body

fat intake. Just remember, it’s not just the type of food you eat that makes a

difference, but the length of time between each meal.

Although, there are those that can eat continuously and still obtain weight loss, it

is rare for most people to successfully lose weight with a diet program beyond

three meals and a snack per day.

A quick weight loss program should consist of good exercise of at least half an

hour each day. Although, walking and housework can be advantageous, a good

workout of stretching, limbering tight muscles, and resistance such as Yoga, can

be very beneficial. Fat loss is obvious to the body in two weeks, which will result

to some detached skin. This will eventually tighten and tone with exercise and

time.

A successful weight loss diet requires the most will power in the first week, and

concentration the second. After that you’ve won the battle and should strive for a

life-long change of eating habits. Rapid weight loss can be obtained on at an

average of three pounds per week for most people and should be monitored by a

physician. Weight loss supplements, such as vitamins other than a multi-vitamin

per day, should be prescribed by a physician. Any assistance from weight loss

tablets should be suspected and may endanger your health, as well as, the success

of your diet. If you want to lose weight without setbacks it is imperative to do it

naturally.

There will always be that night out when you go off your diet, but once that first

two-week regimen has been crossed, the next day you’ll be able to successfully go
