RECOMMENDATION OF JUSTIN FLEMING. 

 

I would like to take this opportunity to offer a formal recommendation for Justin Fleming.  As the Senior Automation Engineer for Celestica Oregon, I have worked with Justin for over 3 years and feel he is an excellent candidate for your engineering programs.   

 

Justin joined Celestica as a Manufacturing Technician and quickly showed a strong aptitude for test and troubleshooting.  He moved up within the company quickly and has proven to be a talented and motivated associate within Celestica.  He was assigned the Lead Test Technician for a manufacturing line for one of Celestica key customers.  Justin excels at this assignment and his talents have enabled him to keep our customer shipments on time in part due to his troubleshooting skills. 

 

Justin’s work on the manufacturing line is responsible for his assignment to a new product introduction project that had a very high visibility within all of Celestica.  Justin was key in developing the testing procedures, checklists and troubleshooting guides for this production line.  The documentation provided by the customer was difficult to work with and had many errors that needed to be identified and communicated back to engineering.  This project was very successful due to the efforts from Justin. 

 

I believe that Justin exhibits many of the qualities that are essential in the workplace.  His education and work toward his degree has taught him many necessary skills and helped emphasize his abilities.  I highly recommend Justin and believe that his engineering degree will be a stepping stone to a successful career.
