Matthew was a classroom aide at Norma Elementary School from March 2012 to June 2014. He worked with various staff members and learned a variety of skills and teaching concepts, which he in turn shared with his colleagues. During his time with us he demonstrated all the qualities and characteristics of a good classroom aide. He had very good verbal and written communication skills and developed a productive relationship with his colleagues, as well as the students that he helped. He was also a very loyal and dedicated employee. He was a very caring employee who was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He often would go well above and beyond what was expected of him.
