We   use   6060   T5   grade                    aluminium   sect ions   which   are  jo ined   in     mult ip les   to   create  the   wal ls   and   roof .   These        sect ions   are   jo ined   together  with   the   help   of   specia l          jo int ing      system.  

Walls 

The   wal ls   and   roof   are   then    insu lated   with   Glass   Wool        insu lat ion   as   shown   in   page  No  8.   Insulat ion   helps   atta in  acoust ic   pr ivacy   and   f i re            rat ing .   The   insulat ion   remains      i so lated   f rom   external   and      internal   envi ronment   of   the  bui ld ing.  

T h e   i n s u l a t e d   a l um i n i um      structure   i s   then   covered   with  OSB   Boards   f rom   ins ide   &        outs ide.   OSB   i s   engineered   for  super ior   construct ion   strength,  st i f fness   and   workabi l i ty   that  makes   your  project   a   structura l  success .  

The   f ina l   exter ior   f in i sh ing   i s  d o n e   w i t h   o u r   s p e c i a l                    aluminium   c laddings .   LoomClad  i s   a   Powder   Coated   Alumin ium  inter lock ing   exter ior   c ladding  system.   LoomClad   i s   tested   to  cyc lonic   condit ions   &   i s   f i re  rated   to  60  minutes  and  backed  by  an  extensive  warrantee.  

After   insta l l ing   the   OSB   boards  in   the   inter iors ,   i t   i s   f in ished  with  Gypsum   Boards   as   per   the  deta i l s  given  on  Page  10.  These  POP   wal ls   can   then   be   painted  or   pasted   with   decorat ive   wal l  papers .   The   inter ior   wal ls   can  also   be   f in ished   with   natura l  wood   or   laminates   as   per   the  c l ients  choice.
